Either of these time frames were way faster than our local pool stores were going to take. The liner is exactly what we were looking for and will be a breeze to install once we get the bead receiver around the pool. It is thick, durable, looks good, and a great value.

Do NOT purchase a liner from LinerWorld!!! We installed our liner carefully and precisely following the instructions. We even inspected the liner before adding water, as instructed. However, after filling the pool with water, we noticed it was losing about 2 inches of water a day! That’s when we found SIX holes spread out over about a 12 foot area. We contacted customer support, since we assumed it would be under the 90 day warranty, but they did nothing to resolve the matter. They offered us a 20% discount to repurchase another liner, and they insinuated that we damaged the liner when opening it out of the box. That was absolutely not the case! When making such an expensive purchase, one would expect the company to take ownership in its defects. Instead, they said that holes or tears were not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. We didn’t even get to swim in the pool before noticing the flaws. We went to extreme lengths to insure proper and careful installation. It is absolutely absurd that a company will not stand behind their product or 90 day guarantee when the liner arrived with defects. Again, unless you want to throw away $450, do NOT purchase a liner from them!!! We are extremely disdained and frustrated with their lack of customer support.

Terrible product. The liner went from the nice blue colors to almost white within a year. The company says it’s not a manufacturer defect. Says has 25 year warranty but don’t cover rips tears or installation issues. So what does warranty cover ? Offered 20% off a new one. Will not buy again
