This thing is very tough to put together. It took my husband and his dad almost a week to get it done. LOTS of pieces and LOTS of hardware. You also have to sign for the delivery so be sure you can be home for that. But it’s worth it! GREAT quality and so durable. If you want a long term investment that you never have to maintain, this is a great choice. You’ll never have to stain or seal it. Pros: sturdy construction, good size, good instructions w/ links to assembly videos for each part in phone-scannable QR codes, well-designed, good value for money Cons: some parts challenging to assemble, even with good instructions (tunnel over swings). Highly recommend! It did take me and another adult, both somewhat moderately skilled in assembling things, about 10 hours to assemble. Even though the parts were well-designed, and the instructions were good, it was labor intensive to assemble. Watching the kids playing on it makes the time and effort worthwhile. The shipping company scheduled my delivery date and never called or showed up so once time slot was pass time I called they said it hadn't even reached my state yet so it was set it for another 2 days out. The delivery people who dropped it off were great and put it in my garage for me. Once I saw the 5 large boxes I knew then my husband was not going to be able to put together so I went online and found local handyman who did it for us. Wad 3 guys took them from about 9am-6:30pm to get it fully assembled cost $450. My kids love it 4yrsold and 2yrs old. The tunnel is their favorite part of it. I will definitely say it is for kids at least 4 and up. My 2yr old does okay on it but I have to stand and watch her to make sure she does not fall. As near the slide by rock climbing wall it's very open. But it is sturdy I went down slide once (185lb) and sat on swing and did not move. I know this set will last them along time to come. We have had it a little over a month now. It is far better than any of those wood ones you get at Walmart, sams club or Costco. Unless you want to spend to get a custom rainbow set this is next best thing for money also don't have to worry about yearly power wash and staining. I looked and compared for months for a set for my kids and this is best bang for buck long term with low maintenance. ... show more

Arranging delivery was very easy, they called several times to confirm and called before arrival. Someone has to be there to receive it and to note this thing is 700 lbs and comes in 7 heavy boxes on a pallet. This cant just be dropped off into your backyard. We moved our car and it was dropped off in our driveway. We took apart the boxes(100 lbs each but very awkward) and placed in the backyard. Took my husband and his 2 friends about 14 hours to assemble over a weekend. The minute we got the final screw in, I haven't been able to get my kids off(and its been 3 weeks), our kids love it! It’s very sturdy,and looks like it will be an issue to move if we ever have to move it. It is great for kids 12 and under but little's (1.5-3) need extra supervision with the open areas where you climb up and down. I remedy that by adding stair railing plastic (found on amazon) in the parts that made me nervous. Instructions are not clear and can cause alot of confusion/frustration unless you take your time. To build, you need your own allen wrench tools, power drill and mallet, as there were at least 50 holes to drill. Use the videos. Gave it 4 stars due to a piece of the plastic being warped and missing 2 screws and having to go out to buy them. ... show more

We love this play set. Best purchase we made this year. The kids have already had endless amounts of fun on it and keep telling us how much they love it. It’s sturdy, large, and going to last a long time. The structure set up is perfect for our 3&5 year olds and will last for years to come. We were a little frustrated during the assembly because not all of the parts were clearly branded with the part number, which slowed down the assembly process quite a bit, but in the end it was all worth it. Definitely requires at least two people to build it and several days.. took us 3-4 total days all while working around work and kids stuff. Highly recommend but go into it with the mindset that the assembly is going to take time. In the end, we are very happy with our purchase. ... show more

This thing is massive. The kids love it! It was a project to build but we chipped away at it over several weekends when we had time. I suspect it took two of us 24 man hours to build. The biggest problem was amazons freight carrier. They delivered a empty box. Then amazon was less helpful and wanted us to return the whole thing. This is not something you can haul to the ups store. Plus amazon wanted us to purchase a replacement at a significantly higher price. Enter our hero’s at lifetime. Their Tech support was amazing. They are US based. They did what they didn’t have to do and sent us every single missing piece on their dime. Assembly was straight forward. Take no shortcuts. Read the manual and use the BILT app. A drill is required but do use the clutch to decrease the torque It is easy to overtighten and the poles will warp. Playset looks like photos in description. We got it for our almost 2 year old to grow into. It's big, the tunnel is one of his favorite features. We hired someone to assemble it. It took him about 11 hours to assemble and he had help for a few hours from two others. He also had assembled one either very similar or exactly this one. We were worried it may need leveling, but our yard is flat enough that nothing was needed. Seems super sturdy, even me and my husband have been up on it, him in the tunnel, and both us swing and it is stable with very little movement. ... show more
