We had this for about a year and honestly it has held up better than I expected. It is in the sun from sun up to sun down. It obviously has faded spots in the wood here an there due to so much sun exposure. It’s not quite as durable as I had hoped for the price but it was an easy fix. I just added two 2x4’s to support the floor of the cabin and porch area. I wouldn’t have had to do that if my daughter didn’t want my wife and I to get in there with her. For the recommended age and weight in the instructions you wouldn’t need to add the extra supports. It’s excellent really. She has a blast on the supe slide. ... show more

    • No! No! No! Don't do it!
DON'T DO IT! This set was a nightmare to put together and will likely be in the burn pile before summer is over! Many of the boards split when constructing. It took so long to construct that we realized the faulty boards outside of the return window. The first Amazon Rep offered a full refund if we deconstructed the set for pick-up. I decided to try the manufacturer for help. They offered replacement parts which meant taking the set apart to fix using the same shoddy boards. The set sways and makes horrible creaking sounds with one child swinging on it. It is visibly leaning after 3 weekends of use by one child. On July 5, the Amazon rep reported that the earlier rep was confused/deceptive and couldn't have given a refund. Additionally, Amazon can do NOTHING to help with the situation or the manufacture minimalistic solution. Lesson learned, I will never purchase large items from Amazon again. The return window is too short for items requiring hours of construction and when things go badly-they have no solution. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! ... show more

This playset is poor quality for the price I spent on it. It’s installed for 2 months and whenever my kid swings there is a rattling and the house part rocks back and forth. Not safe at all. Instructions were poorly written. One of the beams on the inside fell off after two weeks and we had to resecure. Do NOT recommend. We get asked frequently where we got this play set! It’s perfect for my kids age 5 and under but we’ve also had older kids on it as well. Assembly was time consuming but kind of inevitable. Great quality. And looks great!

Took a full day to assemble with two adults. Size is good for little ones, but the wood is extremely cheap, some boards are already sun damaged and split. To add, some holes were too big and we needed different screws to hold pieces together. Not at all sturdy, and I’m not sure it will make it more than a year or two.
