Directions: Feed PFM-Complete 2-3 times per week. Mix 1 part powder to 2 parts water, adjust to achieve desired consistency. Replace every 48 hours, more often if conditions are warm and humid to avoid mold and/or fruit flies. Prepared mix is good for up to 7 days if refrigerated. Open dry mix is good for 6 months at room temperature or 1 year if refrigerated. Unopened shelf life is 2 years. Occasional insect feedings are recommended but optional.

I discovered Pangea Crestie food by being too busy prior to vacation and realizing 2 days before went out of town that I had insufficient Repashy left for the pet sitter to use while we were away. Frantically, I jumped on Amazon to find Repashy that could reach me through Prime and on-time. Finding none that offered guaranteed delivery by the day we left, I noticed the Pangea food popping up on my search pages. After reading several of the reviews and seeing the product could be delivered by our leave date, I jumped on it. Sadly, it did not arrived on the "guaranteed by" date and I had no choice but to track down a pet store that carried our tried-and-true Repashy an hour before we left. Would you be surprised if I told you my fortune cookie fortune that day read "lady who wait until last minute to buy pet food must buy double pet food for punishment"? The package was delivered one day late and sat waiting for our return several days later. My double-food purchase shame aside, I was excited to give Bond, James Bond (our Crestie...he likes his crickets shaken, not stirred) his new food. WOW! He absolutely LOVES this watermelon/mango mix! The consistency kind of had me freaked out (more "yogurty" than the smoothie-like appearance of Repashy), and I couldn't decide how I felt about the smell, but I am not the one eating it so my opinion doesn't really matter there. Bond devoured it, finishing his entire serving for the first time ever. What I really love about the Pangea mix is that it is far easier to "see" what has been eaten when compared to Repashy, which is extremely helpful when trying to gauge their general appetites. The high presence of tongue-tracks in the food is sure sign of happy eating, and Bond has definitely put on a healthier weight over the past month from his new food. While I am not prepared to part with our 3 years of trust in the Repashy products, I am prepared to purchase "double food" for a bit as I fully intend to keep the Pangea mix in the pet pantry as well. We are very excited to try another flavor when watermelon/mango runs low! ... show more
