Only complaint-My husband who is strong had a super hard time getting cap of to put filter in. Make sure you rinse the filter for a minute, otherwise you will have a drip every 8hrs lol if water. The air needs to get out, to allow better flow. Water tastes fantastic!

The taste of the water is absolutely perfect, always. The only thing I dislike about this pitcher is the shape and size of it. The base is too wide to fit in the door of the fridge and the thing is way way too tall to fit on a shelf in the fridge. I have it shoved in the door but it moves around and I have broken one carafe when it fell out because it is so awkward. Lifestraw! PLEASE rethink the design of this pitcher, it is perfect in every other way. I can't be the only one having this issue. ... show more

i must admit, i am a little extra when it comes to water. i am so specific & can immediately tell differences between brand & whether it’s spring (my favorite) or not. i usually buy packages of water in bulk, however it cost me almost $60 a week, & i honestly can’t afford that & that’s a bit silly. anyways, i have tried home water filters before, BUT honestly they don’t compare to this. not only is it so chic & it looks so good in your fridge, or on your countertop, the TASTE & QUALITY alone is what sets this product apart 🤍 ... show more

I’ve been a big advocate for this company ever since I learned about them in undergrad. When I was looking to get a new filter jug (I used to use brita) I came across these filtered jugs (I had only ever seen the lifestraws) and I thought oh great win-win! I did buy the 10 cups jug, which is really really big. So on the one hand, it’s very heavy, but I mostly feel like it’s a design thing. The way this jug is designed I don’t use my sink to refill it, as a matter of fact I still have my brita jug to put water in it! You probably can tilt it a lot and use the faucet but again, it’s design doesn’t really allow for it to be that simple - for carrying or for refilling. Also, the very first filter the water tasted different. I actually rather enjoyed it - could be placebo syndrome but ever since I had to the change the filter it tastes like normal water now until about the time you can tell the filter needs to be changed. ... show more

The water quality is great and love the easy pouring lid but I give it only three stars because the pitcher is too weak. Our first one lasted just a month and got cracked. Our second one lasted three months with more careful and gentle handling with cork trivet but got cracked exact same spot and started leaking. Now we got our third one with the silicone base and also Amazon protection plan. Hope it will last much longer. ... show more

I’ll never go back to drinking out of a Brita after this! You can really taste the difference. Works amazing for the Florida “purified” swamp water that comes out of the faucet.

This pitcher produces tasty water, and the pitcher has a lovely aesthetic design. The pitcher is too tall to fit under my spigot ( normal height kitchen spigot), and I have to fill it with hose spray or another pitcher. The instructions say to fill the pitcher roughly halfway with water once it has filtered. I like the product, but I am searching for another counter water filter (pitcher) that is easier to fill with water. But I am impressed with what the product can filter out from tap water ( like certain plastics, toxins.) I may very well purchase this brand again if I can find a different pitcher they offer that fits under my faucet better. ... show more

As some reviews mention to beware of micro cracks, I noticed them and reached out to the company. They were really quick and nice to help get it replaced! Only thing is the design is a bit weird when filling up the water it sits in the reservoir if full and idk if it mixes with the non filtered. It doesn’t seem like it so idk. ... show more
