This LifePro Vivid Vibration platform machine is a game changer, 15-40HZ frequency linear vibration platform, the speed can be adjusted from 0-30, has soft and strong vibration option, also has a timer. If I wake up feeling stiff, 10 minutes on this helps loosen me up, get rid of pain and help me take on the day of work, play or exercise! What comes in the box: LifePro Vibration platform, remote control, 4 resistant bands and 2 non flexible nylon straps and manual. Amazing! I noticed a difference the first time trying it, it took my leg pain in 10 minutes. I have done a lot more research on the overall benefits of whole body vibration and excited to do more exercises etc on this. Its not a replacement for a workout but it is definitely a great supplement. I just wish I had it a few years back, but now Iโm extremely satisfied with my purchase and the benefits is given to my poor ached body. Love it highly recommended.

I workout every day & I also walk and stretch most everyday but I just felt like I needed something more. I bought this nice machine because I sit a good portion of the day working at a computer...this is just hard on my body....I just felt like I needed to get my blood flowing throughout my body; especially my lower body! I watched some YouTube videos to help get me started and have been using my machines about 3-4 times per week for a few weeks... I am totally loving how my body is improving & doing awesome in all areas. Standing straight blew my mind the way it affects my hips and lower back so well...SO AWESOME!!! There is nothing quite like it. ๐ I get massages once a month but never had the loosening results that this machine gives me. SERIOUSLY AMAZING!!! Each different body pose shifts the workout results. You can also repeat movements to build strength. LOVE THAT! This is a great addition to expand your exercise program. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS AWESOME PLATFORM! You won't be disappointed!

Iโve been using the LifePro Vivid Blue for two weeks and am already experiencing the following benefits: increased sweat during workouts, increased muscle recruitment, increased shoulder and ab definition and pain elimination in my foot. Great overall quality and the unit works perfectly. The remote control is a nice addition so you donโt have to bend over and strain your back when youโre changing the intensity or turning the unit on/off. The unit was lighter than expected. Awesome customer service and quick shipping! Notes: The platform is too small for plie squats and push-ups; recommend getting physician clearance before use; the area where loop inserts is very โflexy.โ

I am a former Power Plate user at the gym. I'm no longer going to the gym due to COVID. I needed a recovery device for our home gym. This product is a much closer simulation to the heavy-duty Power Plate (that I can't afford). I love it. To use it, I have curated as many routines and techniques as I can, and I've followed most of the exercises. I also decided to try a few Pilates and Barre moves on it as well. If you know Barre, I got to the shake in my "lifted heel" chair in like 15 seconds. I don't know whether it's real or psychological but it feels like it improves my flexibility, strength, water retention, etc. I had purchased a much less expensive 'oscillating' machine which was returned. That was not like the Power Plate. There is some data out there that the frequency matters - this machine also lets you have a bit more control. My only gripe is that it's got a pretty small platform, so if you're laying on it for "Hundreds" or crunches, I hang off the platform. Wish it was about 20% bigger like the Power Plate. All in all I am thrilled that I did not have to drop $3K on the Power Plate, this one is just fine. It's also pretty quiet.

I'm new to vibration platforms and what they have to offer. But as a yoga instructor and someone who cares about my physical well-being, I wanted to try one. I was surprised that one of the things I've enjoyed about it the most has little to do with physical strengthening. When I start to feel overly anxious about something, my body can feel like it is full of negative excess energy. I prefer to go for a walk during those moments but sometimes the weather or situation doesn't permit. This platform has been helpful in allowing me to work through that energy without even having to leave the room. It took some getting used to at first, as many new things, but I've enjoyed it. My only not positive comment is that it can get pretty loud. That said, I'm assuming any vibration platform would at a certain speed/intensity. I definitely wouldn't use it if I were in a top floor apartment or something. Just FYI. Otherwise, no complaints! Even my kids argue over whose turn it is. :)

to have a better made all around so it will last. the vibration is not even throughout the machine. It is noisy and the remote takes some time to adjust to the reception/communication to its own machine. I found the quality plastic they use not durable over time. Sometimes more expensive is not the way to go. I would not recommend for a serious everyday user
