Purchased this wine fridge based on its ratings. Very happy with the appearance. My only feedback is to be aware that bottle size also makes a difference on how many bottles you’ll be able to fit on the wooden slats and in the fridge. Other than that, I’m happy with my purchase so far.

The customer service is over the top and 5 stars PLUS!! The representative Lisa that I dealt with was over and beyond helpful , the way you would hope to have every company you dealt with be. On top of that they held to discount even though they didn’t have to.. unbelievable and Best Regards to Lisa and to the MZAVP team!! The Beverage Refrigerator I purchased looks great in place, noise level is nothing you can’t even hear it. I can’t speak for the capacity other than it looks sufficient, I’m flipping the house. Extremely Great price, temperature control seems to be great as well. Very nice looking appliance and looks very sharp in the island cabinet layout where I placed it. This is a great beverage refrigerator. We’ve had 1 for a year and a half and I just purchased another. Great under countertop fridge. You can easily adjust shelves to hold different heights of beverages.

My Wine Cooler did not work from the start, the compressor hums but no change in temperature and no fan action inside the cooler. Customer Service is pretty much non-existent (a private phone number in LA that is probably disconnected). Stay Away. Another disappointment is that Amazon does not offer for this type of appliances, which are quite heavy (229 pounds and very tall), any service to bring then inside the house and dispose the large container. Learned my lesson, use Amazon only for items you can easily handle, for appliances use a real appliance shop. ... show more
