Got this to go smaller with side bites and replace my True Ames Greenogh 9” fin. Unfortunately while it’s a nice looking fin, the finishing was poor and the base was 1/8” too wide to fit in my fin box.

First time out it got dragged across reef a few times. My usual spot is really shallow. It's got some small scratches on the tip but no chips. I've had performance core fins hit reef and be done so it is durable. This is for my first longboard so can't really speak for its performance. I did have to lightly sand the screw hole area to use the tooless screw but not by much. Would buy again ... show more
