A friend of mine got one of these for a gift and told me about it on the phone (we live several states away from each other). I remembered seeing some research on Whole Body Vibration (WBV) several years ago which looked intriguing, but frankly all of the units for sale at the time where priced way out of my comfort zone. My friend told me how effective this unit was and how good he felt. I have a lot of wear and tear on my body from a pretty active life, and typical resistance exercise (which I feel is very necessary for continued ability to move) has become more and more challenging since I have reached the magical Medicare age. I was a little skeptical, but the reviews were all very good, so I decided to pull the trigger on one and try it. Wow! What an amazing unit! Ten minutes on this unit literally replaces an hour of lifting weights! I have used it daily for approximately two weeks now, and the difference is incredible. I have a chronic bad back and wass normally an elbow-shaped creature when I got up in the morning. No more! My posture has improved and daily pain levels have dropped from a norm of 6 (on the doctor's office rating scale of 1-10) to about a 2! Resistance exercise has become much easier to do. The unit is very robust (I am 6'02" and weigh about 240 lbs). The price point is well within pretty much anyone's range. Way cheaper than a membership at a health club, and in my opinion (now that I have actually used it) is more effective. If you want something that can give your body much-needed exercise (without having to devote hours we don't all have available at it). The company has a fantastic website you can access with a lot of videos showing you the surprising number of things you can do with this. Their customer service is immediately responsive and helpful. This is definitely worth taking a look at for anyone interested in being proactive in the care and maintenance of their body. Personally, I treasure the ability to remain upright and keep a certain level of health. If you do to, take a look at this machine. You will not regret it!

I am 74 years old and have had physical therapy procedure to re-educate brain-to-nerve-to muscle function. Purchase of the Rumblex 4D Vibration Plate has improved my lymph node drainage, balance is improving, and nerve and muscle are improving all with two months. So grateful to have discovered this wonderful product and the company has a superb and experienced customer support. The media could not be loaded. My purpose in using the Rumblex is to increase circulation in my lower legs and improve balance. After watching a physical therapist's video regarding oscillation and vibration benefits, iI decided to give it a try.. So far, I have not had the leg cramps I was experiencing before, and my balance is getting better. I use the resistance bands and will probably order some that provide more resistance. I have not tried the mini bands yet. For those who may be concerned about balance, I would recommend a counter-height, sturdy chair placed in front of them, as you are several inches off the floor when using the unit. The unit is heavy, but portable, and is sturdy even on carpet. The vibration speed can easily be increased with the wrist bracelet. I wish the time could be adjusted to 15-10 minutes, but I use it a couple of times a day at different times or back to back.

I picked this particular product over the others because of its 4D vibration plate and advanced 4D vibration technology for the whole body. I watched some videos from other similar products, but many of the reviews indicated that other (cheaper) machines didn't hold up over time, with several reporting that the machine started making noises. I decided I wanted to invest in a better and more efficient upgraded version of the machine, and that's why I got this one from others. And I'm very pleased and happy I did so. I think this is a very good product. It's easy to use, and I feel stronger and more awake each time I use it, and I think my energy is getting better. It's definitely a high quality workout, and I recommend it!

This has greatly improved my fibromyalgia pain! Works great on loosening up the fascia, almost like a full body muscle gun. I'm not as sore or stiff. Because of that I'm sleeping better and have more energy. Don't overdo it. Build it up slowly. The first 2-3 weeks, it made me really tired after. I now know that was because it was working! Work through the initial period. You'll be happy you did.
