I get a baggy size and cut the ends and stretch it out with my arms and it feel great for working out. I am a 5’5 130lb female and I got an extra large for it to be very oversized. It’s just long enough to cover my bum. It fits more long than wide, but I like the look of it. It’s very comfy and soft too. I’ve given 4 stars as it is very thin and would not keep one warm at all without layering up.
