The heat is not great at all!! I like the fan but wish it could stay on when the heat goes off for circulation!!! Thermostat works good and the soil probe is accurate!!! Good for inside maybe but not for a greenhouse, especially if it gets really cold in your area!!

Reset does not happen. I didn't buy the warrantee because most times a quality product doesn't need it and there were great reviews. I'll have to buy something else, but had to put my old milkhouse heater back (less capable on paper but *way* more reliable). Disappointed doesn't cover it. Tonight will be the coldest night all year when I need it the most... ... show more

    • Do not purchase!!!!!!!!!!
The heater/thermostat failed! All plants in my greenhouse were lost. The unit merely ran at a gentle off and on at low temperatures for a few weeks, yet failure occurred.

    • holding temp perfectly in the greenhouse
we have it set to 41°F, temp in the greenhouse does not move more than a few degrees even with weather outside. we have foam insulation panels over the greenhouse for winter dormancy so warm or cold outside, it stays around 41 inside and the heater rarely shows any evidence that it was on.
