Excellent product but I think quality control must be lacking. Upon opening the package I found there was a big line of residual glue or something on the tour pack. You can see it in the attached photo. It won’t rub off and luckily I’m having it painted to match by bike anyway or I’d be returning it. The head rest does have three little circles inside the top lid that shows you where to drill its very easy. Spot for the mount were pre drilled and the plate i ordered lined right up with everything perfect. This is a buy!!!

You need to install the bracket to the pack - but no instructions on how to do it. Fortunately, there are easy to locate places where the holes to mount to the bracket need to be drilled. Two problems with this - first, you don't get either the re-enforcement plate or the hardware needed to install. You'll need to get both (and do get the plate, I'm guessing skipping this step will lead to a failed install on down the line) As for installing the backrest pad - there is no template included. I had do the best I could, but it's installing on a curved part that needs access holes drilled. I missed when I did mine and had to re-drill a hole. Fortunately it gets covered up pretty well with the pad itself on one side, and the carpet on the inside hides other transgressions. This one is entirely my fault for not taking the time to make a template, but a template should have been included. ... show more

The mounting bracket at quick attach, the angles are slightly off and require you to pull apart to get to latch on. The lid rubs at the latch, however is hidden by the latch. Paint wasn't perfect but definitely seen worse. Overall love the purchase for the price paid.

Price and pretty well built however it took a little longer time to get it. You have to drill holes and it didn’t have any marks for holes for backrest and no instructions. It works well so far and it look good on my 2020 street glide special.

Shipped fast but theres some issues. It dosnt seem new everything was rewrapped in the box it was sent in and it was scuffed along the top on the outside and inside was scratched fairly well. Gona have it repainted either way but still id expect something nee for the price.

Seems like this tour pack is worth the money , just put it on so we’ll see., have had it on for a few days and it’s great My bike is Vivid Black and this tour pack matches perfect ..only issue is there is a run in the clear seller won’t reply to my message about the issue May have to return .

Shipment arrived within a week. At first the shipment was incomplete. After several messages to seller, and a meh review, the missing parts arrived a few weeks later. The tourpack is not pre-drilled for mounting the passenger backrest. No stencil or diagram is included. I eyeballed it, and ended up drilling a hole in the lid tether. Now I have to replace that. Oh well. Pack looks nice. The paint is maybe one coat and a clearcoat. Waxing the paint left lights scratches. I will have to repaint within a couple years. For a light duty trucnk, still better than the $1500 the dealer charges. ... show more
