The charger looks great and feels premium！It even comes with a screen to show the status of the charger so I don't have to look thought the app to check the current setting！The 14-50 plug looks bulky and reliable. The installation seems pretty easy and the app does give you a lot tweaking like timer and current limiter. Overall,money well spent！

This Level 2 EV Charger is exactly what I was looking for. No app, no WiFi, no fuss. Just plug it in, connect it to the car, and you're good to go. It does a standard NEMA 4 prong outlet. It works flawlessly with my Honda Prologue and charges much faster than the standard Level 1 charger. I love how straightforward it is. You can check the charging status directly on the car or through the small window on the charger itself. No need to dig through an app or set up extra accounts. This is a very useful home charger with some nice features. The one I got plugs into a 50A receptacle and charges at Level 2 speeds. The charging rate is also selectable to extend battery life. The cord wraps up on the outside of the charger and is very convenient. I mounted it under the overhang of my car port and it seems to be doing fine, I will probably order an enclosure for it now that the cold weather is here.

I've got a fairly complete charging station I've set up at my home and office for my vehicles. Even so, it's essential to have something you can carry around in the trunk for emergency situations. This EV charger is far from being the 'state of the art' but it is a well made, functional and value priced device perfect for the 'spare' role. It's powered with a NEMA 14-50 plug though if you're going to be driving through areas where full charging options might be in short supply I'd probably take an adapter or two. It has a 20 foot cable which I consider to be the shortest acceptable length. It's easy enough to find ones at 25 feet or more but for a portable emergency unit 20 feet is acceptable. It's compact form factor and light weight might be the best thing about it. It weighs a mere 7 pounds and is a simple, straightforward device. Assuming you have a J1772 vehicle that supports 32A charging you're set to go. It has a built in smart charging function to protect your car battery and for general safety. A very simple LED display monitors the charging process. Overall, this is a basic but functional charger sold at a value price point. Recommended.
