This device is amazing, keeps liter clean, sanitizes and the cats seem to enjoy it as well. I want to share that my experience was uncommon to most as I purchased this device to help me at my apartment and unfortunately had to return it as my complex does not have a solid way for me to clean it out. I highly recommend living some where that you can spray this out with a hose outside or you have a flexible showerhead, which I have neither. I've listed my pros and cons below but overall if my living circumstances were a bit different I would have held on to this baby! Cons *Semi challenging to clean -the crevices and drum can be challenging to clean if as mentioned above you do not have a strong and flexible water source. * Personally the device was a bit larger than I expected. Was not an issue overall in comparison to the functionally but I realized I also did not have an appropriate place to set it. I am 5'2 and the device came up to half way up my thigh. *The wifi periodically would disconnect, this did not impact the functionality of the device but was a little frustrating to fix each time. Regardless I think this was more of an issue with my apartment Internet and not so much the device. *This does not eliminate smell, just keeps litter clean! I have 3 cats and after about 1-2 weeks we would need to change the litter as you could smell the urine in the recycled litter. Pros *Kept litter clean. *Mat kept most litter contained. *Easy to remove litter from bottom tray. *App is super interesting! *Customer Service is bar none! *Return process is effortless and accommodating. I threw my box away immediately and was informed you need to hang on to it for a return. Fortunately they had an alternative option which helped me out greatly. I understand the cost may seem like a risk but really the owners and team of Leo's Loo care about their customers and want to ensure the experience is amazing. They were quick to respond to my inquires, did not question my decision to return it and made the process more effortless than the UPS store when I return stuff to Amazon. They honor their word and really want to provide excellent service and an unique/life-changing product. I look forward to purchasing another device in the future!

I purchased Leo's Loo Too in February 2024 and initially it seemed to work well. I wasn't really satisfied with the amount of dirty litter that was still making it through the screen scoop mechanism, but it still seemed to work alright. The residual odor was also something I hadn't planned on dealing with. I had two adult cats and was changing the litter bag every 3-4 days. Then one of my cats seems to have peed on the edge of the opening lip which in turn dribbled down to the button area and must have caused some issues with the circutry. In turn it began malfunctioning and had a reoccurring beeping sound every 20-30 minutes. It also was turning at times when it was not in use. I reached out to the customer service team at Leo's Loo Too hoping to maybe get a new button mechanism and replace it myself after explaining the situation. I was blown away by the help I got from them. It did take a little time to hear back from them but they offered to replace the entire lower half of the box that held all the electrical circuitry at no cost and ship to me. I received the new half of the loo, swapped it out with the older one and had also decided to change out the kind of litter I was using from Tidy Cats and Fresh Step to an in-house tight clumping brand I found at Target and that seemed to have done the trick. It works perfectly now and the new tighter clumping litter has so far been the best in containing smells and allowing the Loo to work the way it's designed to work. So the litter you use does matter. I'm so grateful to the people at Leo's Loo Too for helping me out at no additional charge. I also left a plastic piece of tape over the button to avoid any kitty pee dribble affecting the electrical components in the future.

I only have one cat who is a rescue. I bought it so she would always have a clean litter box. I looked at the Litter Robot and Leo Loo and decide I liked the overall look and features of the Leo Loo. It arrived very well packaged and all I had to do was lift out the box, adjust the inner portion that holds the litter just to make sure it was sitting in the case correctly and then pop on the outer covering. Set up was easy and you even have the app that you can link to it. Unfortunately, my cat would not use it. She is a rescue cat and is very skittish around random things. The litter box is very quiet but I think the fact that it moved scared her and after a month she still would not use it. I think for anyone that has a cat that is comfortable with new things this will be awesome. Also very nice looking! Customer service has been great!

This company will charge you for a warranty that doesn’t seem to cover an anything! They want you to purchase and replace the parts yourself!!! The one part that seem to rip all the time is the drum bladder and it’s always out of stock! So we have a $700 machine that can’t be used and the company does not care!!!! What a waste of money!!! My daughter and I have had better experiences with the cheap ones! Would NOT recommend to waste your money with this!!!! Too bad I can’t give it a ZERO!!!
