I work from home and wanted something that I could easily store out of the way but still be able to use quickly. This compact exercise bike is good for this purpose. I'm 5'10" and can really only use it on it's tallest setting otherwise my knees are hitting my elbows (not an exaggeration). I did not install the backrest or the arms that go around the seat. This makes it smaller when folded up and easier to get on and off of. It's easiest (for me) to swing my leg around the back of the seat to get on than to attempt to get my foot through the middle folding cross section. The length of the pedal bars (the ones that move in a circular motion when you are pedaling) are rather short making it so my leg didn't extend much on the down stroke. So, I'm always pedaling with my knees bent at a little more than 90 degrees, probably not more than 110 -120 degrees. Putting it together wasn't hugely difficult. The screws/nuts/bolts/tools all came blister packed on a piece of cardboard and labeled with the part number. You do need to be able to understand an exploded diagram though. I ended up having to change the front base pole with the back at the end because I didn't realize which side was the front until I started putting it together and the front has wheels built into the base pole. Overall, this gives me the ability to get some activity in during some downtime while I'm working. I can easily keep my tablet between the handlebars and stay connected. ... show more

A quiet bike. I replaced with my old treadmill, because of the weight and noise of the machine. I am 5'1 and have short legs. When the sit is down all the way, I am still struggling to paddle as I still need about an inch to comfortably cycle. I will put some padded or some kitchen sponges to the paddle so I can paddle it better. The seat, however, is a bit hard. About 15 minutes into cycling, my bums were kind of uncomfortable. I will need to put some padding on it. I am concerned that might raise the seat a bit higher... ... show more

We are very happy with the purchase of our leikefitness LEIKE X Bike Ultra-Quiet Folding Exercise Bike. It was super easy to put together. Well made and doesn't take up a ton of room which is what we really wanted. I've only used it once since we just got it, so I'm hoping that it continues to perform as well as it does now! It's perfect for a 30 minute workout while watching TV or listening to music or an e-book. So easy to fold up and store away in a closet after use. I think the quality of the bike is pretty good for the price point and I had little trouble assembling it in roughly an hour. No missing parts, but one bolt wouldn't align with the hole on the backrest (Step 5) so I only used three bolts instead of four. I'm 6'1 and fluctuate between 228-230 pounds. For someone larger than average I would state that durability could be a concern and - for certain - so is physical space/clearance. The small scale of this bike makes it ideal for an average-sized man or woman. It is tight to step through to get on and off the seat, especially in the upright position. I did, however, want an upright and recumbent option because I slowly strained my back working out daily for years. That is, the prior bike I was using didn't allow me to sit high enough and my posture was not correct putting undo stress on my back. This bike at the highest seat setting does just make it so the seat is aligned with my hips (when standing) which is the right height to allow proper back position. I do like the back rest and I don't find the seat terribly uncomfortable. Finally, the bike wobbles slightly (no real noise) and I only use a 5 setting for resistance. I keep my back up straight and do not lean over to use the bars at the console and I also listen to music and 'air drum' to 80s heavy metal which is even more of a workout. It might look stupid but try it sometime. So, all in, for me and my workout it seems to be suitable (enough) and better for me than the prior bike. Also, I totally do not use the pedal straps my feet are too big to fit them comfortably. I think if you are a larger person than my height/weight you might look for another bike. I live in an apartment and as small as the footprint of this bike is I had to move some furniture to make a spot for it. Putting it together took about 1 1/2 hours without a helper, the pedals being the most confusing (left pedal screws on counter-clockwise). The parts were tagged front/back/left/right which helped. I have so far used it for half an hour and the only racket it made was me grumbling about how I hate to exercise. The resistance dial goes from nothing to herculean and the digital thingy has all the info I need, mainly the time elapsed. All in all the bike fits my needs and works as expected. ... show more

I really like it so far. Shipping was really fast, about two business days. Assembling it was easier than I thought it would be. It took about an hour, with only one mistake that was easily remedied. I will say that I agree with the people saying that the resistance is not what it could be. Even on the highest setting there is still not a lot of tension. But as I'm only looking for moderate exercise due to health issues, I can't really complain.
