Features

• Note:Our clutch is suitable for engines with a 3/4 "19.05mm aperture, but not for generators with a 0.787" 20mm aperture.
• Suit for: 3/4" bore Sprocket with 10T Suit for Go Kart Minibike Mini bike MB165 and MB200, also fit for Mini Baja, Baja Heat and the Baja warrior. (Note the fixed a pitch of #40#41#420 chain is 12.7 mm(0.5 inch))
• Compatible with: This Clutch kit is compatible with 212cc Predator, 2-6.5hp Honda cloned engines GC160, GC190, GX120, GX140, GX160 and GX200. Also fit for Tecumseh and Briggs Stratton engines 6.5HP with 3/4" bar shaft and 3/16" Key Way.
• Tips: Mounts onto crankshaft using bolt and washer on the end of the crankshaft. Before installation, you need to drop a circle of lubricant above the snap ring and wait for it to penetrate, you can rotate it without any obstruction (please refer to the picture for the exact position).
• Pre-use test When the clutch is just installed and started to run, it needs 3-5 times to break in. The method is as follows, first, no load running to the clutch first engagement, keep it for 10 seconds and then turn off the engine to cool down; second, load gradual 3 times from 0 to full speed, each interval of 2 minutes to cool down. If there is no problem after these two steps, you can avoid the problem that insufficient speed will cause the clutch internal dumping block and clutch shoe, and insufficient contact area will lead to slipping and friction smoke.

• Note: Centrifugal clutch designed to be used on one wheel karts with rear tires 15" tall, and engines 2hp-6.5hp.
