It was shipped quickly and arrived on time. It was packed securely so no damage. This really pretty light/fan combo was light enough to make it easy to install - since we already had a light fixture we just put it in the same place. It only took a few minutes because there was no assembly needed. It came fully assembled! It looks great in a medium sized room but I probably wouldn’t install in a large room. It provides plenty of light since I bought this for my sewing room so I could have enough light at night and man does this light up a room! I appreciate all the different temperature settings from warm to cool and the dimmer option in case you don’t need or want as much light. It has this cool option to function as almost a nightlight. The remote is very intuitive to use, allowing you to use just the fan or just the light or both together. The fan works great and it’s really quiet. It has 6 speeds so it can seriously move some air. Lastly, the remote came with a bracket and two screws so it can be attached conveniently to the wall so it’s not lost. Overall I would definitely recommend this fan/light combo.

Nice adjustable light and fan combination! I am no electrician, so I was dreading the replacement of Wifey's old overhead light, but it wasn't a terrible install, it has just the standard two wires and a ground wire to connect. There are 6 levels of fan speed, and it is not real loud. Lots of lighting adjustments, ranging from dim to bright and from warm white to cool white. The fan does not blow all over the room. It mostly just hits a six-to-eight-foot circle of coverage, but there is a good speed to it. It will cool you off quickly on high setting. One thing - DON'T lose the remote! It will turn on at the wall switch, but no remote equals no controls, there are no strings to pull or buttons to push. It is pretty and looks like it will last a long time.

I replaced a Mink-Aire small ceiling fan with this one. Minka-aire for all the big brand name, was just so-so, its remote was not just ok, the lights failed within a year, and I can't get a replacement lights for it as of today. This one was so easy to install. In fact they have put in a string to hang this from the ceiling while you finish connecting the power wires to the fan. That was so convenient. (normally I would have done that with some strings from the garage, but they had packaged it as part of installation.). It is not heavy and so I could install as a single person without help in about 20 minutes. Took about 5 minutes to take out Mink-aire and 5 minutes to drill additional holes for the base plate, and then about 10 minutes to hang this and connect the wires, put it up and tighten all the screws and I was done. So far, in 4 months, in my daily use, it is working perfectly (except an occassional glitch of forgetting to come back at the same temperature level of light! nothing difficult to fix). Fan is pretty quiet for the air it churns out. Looks classy and fits with almost all decors. And now my den is complete and ready for summer. Excellent buy and highly recommended

I really love the appearance of this fan and airflow was more than adequate. But that's where the buck stops. I found that no matter what speed you run the fan at, it is quite noisy in operation. It's better at slower speeds, gets louder as you increase the speed. There is also an annoying harmonic hum coming from the motor itself. It will drive you crazy over time. The light array functions well, but can not be dimmed enough for my taste. The night light setting is too bright and can not be lowered. Installation was very easy and even though some complain this fan is hard to pair, I found it to be a breeze. Lastly I found that even though this fan boast of a two year refund or replacement policy, I found no warranty registration card or info in the contents booklet or shipping container. To be fair, there is a contact support email address and a QR Scan code in the paperwork. which want you to start an account. My ad tracking software alerted and blocked connection to the page due to trackers. I just used the Google store to install apps program. Bottomline, I'm keeping the fan for now, in hopes the humming will go away in a few days/weeks, but will most likely will have to return it for refund. A shame, because I really like how this fan looks on my bedroom ceiling! Hope this review helps someone in making a choice. **Update** After approx. 2 month of using this fan in my bedroom, I'm really impressed with it performance , the harmony motor noise has dissipated after a period of run in and the fan blade whirring is minimal at low speeds, which is all I need on most occasions. Louder at higher speed, but still toleratable for most settings I have moved my rating from a 3 star to a 4 star, as it is not perfect, but a very good fan for the price point. Some will be turned off by the fact that when the fan is in the off position at night it still has a nightlight style ring glow in the room. It is not totally dark! Only way ti get total darkness is to turnoff the wall switch, which kills the fan as well. I would recommend it to those who are not sensitive to light while sleeping . Also I got a good response to my message from the company offering to make it right. KUDOs...

A great purchase, I’m really happy with it. The gold color and crystal design look fancy but not gaudy. The remote has many options for convenience, 3 dimmable color tones, 6 fan speeds, night mode, you’re able to reverse the fan direction and it has a 2 hr timer option. Also comes with a little holder to fix on the wall. I love that the light is really bright but can also be dimmed for ambient lighting. I put this in a 10x14 ft room and the fan on level 3 keeps me comfortable and it’s pretty quiet. I did have a handyman install it so can’t speak on the ease of assembly, but it didn’t seem too complicated. I’ve had it for about 6 months with no issues and I’m really enjoying it.

Came with clear instructions and all necessary tools included. my favorite part is the ability to control with my phone using the app. We have little children and remote controls can disappear in my house. You have the options of 3 different color temperatures: warm, cool and clear- plus dimming too. you are also able to adjust the brightness. There are 6 fan speeds, timer settings and the reverse function plus a night light. I was genuinely impressed by how quiet and powerful this fan works.
