Firstly, this is Not an all-purpose toss it in the dishwasher Teflon pan. Using it requires a different technique. I use non-stick pans for omelettes but stainless or cast iron is the only thing for pan fried chicken, steak, or pork chops. Sear each side then finish in a hot oven. With very even heating, no hot spots, it is perfect for making a sauce after the meat is removed. The pan evenly distributes heat and does not deform when hot. It's a truly professional grade tool and priced accordingly. Clean thoroughly with Barkeeper's Friend, avoid the dishwasher. Treat it well and this pan will last for generations. ... show more
