I use this pan one or more times daily. Very non stick; rinse and wipe clean. The pan heats slowly and distributes the heat evenly. This pan is great for cooking veggies with little oil. Also it makes the best perfectly round and beautiful omelets. The is a high end, high quality pan.

Paid full price for this pan, and it showed up disfigured from the factory. No damage on any of the boxes, therefore this was like this from the factory and it was tried to be sold as a perfect new item, which it obviously wasn’t!

I already had a very large electric wok, that works great, but it's big. This wok works great for daily use, large, but am able to wash in sink. The non-stick is the best. I don't use metal utensils, but I think you can, without a problem. I don't regret the purchase, and with doing a lot more cooking at home, due to Covid-19, it's a great investment. I didn't mind having to buy a lid separately but it took me a while to get something that fits and has a HANDLE and not a knob that forces you to use mitts.
