I already had a very large electric wok, that works great, but it's big. This wok works great for daily use, large, but am able to wash in sink. The non-stick is the best. I don't use metal utensils, but I think you can, without a problem. I don't regret the purchase, and with doing a lot more cooking at home, due to Covid-19, it's a great investment. I use this pan one or more times daily. Very non stick; rinse and wipe clean. The pan heats slowly and distributes the heat evenly. This pan is great for cooking veggies with little oil. Also it makes the best perfectly round and beautiful omelets. The is a high end, high quality pan.
