Luxury pot that is a workhorse

Got this last week and wanted to see how much broth I could make. I put four carcasses in there and lots of veggies. After all was done I had about a gallon of very concentrated bone broth. I burned quite a bit onto the pot from it boiling over throughout the day. I was nervous it would Stain the enamel as I got white but it all came off with ease, no staining. This pot is beautiful and well made and I assume it’s going to last a long time. The material is super high quality and the pot acts like a Dutch oven because of this. I made the best beef stew tonight using this. Also even though the pot is huge you don’t have to use it only to make massive amounts, It works just as well if you’re only using about 5qts. First of all it’s bigger than you think. Le Creuset doesn’t miss with its quality abc thus stock pot is no exception. The ‘cerise’ colorway is vibrant and I simply love the look. I’d happily display it on the counter.

Great stockpot but pricey

A little light in weight and luxury feel, certainly for the price. However, it works well, has the ceramic lining and the color that likely drives the price. It stains easily as an aside.
