While I've been considering a pellet smoker for some time, I simply wasn't ready to invest more than $1000 into a smoker that would only see occasional use. Sure, I love the tased of smoked anything, but life is about variety. The price, as well as other reviews, convinced me to take the leap and invest in this very reasonably priced unit. I have not been disappointed in the least. With excellent quality of manufacture, and heavy steel construction, you cant go wrong. The functionality of far more expensive pellet smokers are all included, including connections for two temperature probes (1 is included). Temperature control, while not to NASA specifications, works just fine, requiring only an occasional adjustment should the smoker get too hot. Flavor meets and even exceeds the $1700 unit my Brother-in-Law owns and brags about ad nauseam. Study up on the 3-2-1 smoking technique before investing in an expensive cut of meat. if you an occasional smoked foodie or just an average guy with a budget, This unit is for you. Upon opening the packaging, I found that everything was neatly packed and nothing was loose that should not have been. Honestly, the instruction manual is in the form of text and pictures, which is very easy to understand. It took about thirty minutes to assemble. Most tools are included, including a small wrench. So far, it has been cooking. Things are going amazingly well. I love the smoky setting on it, as I like my food smoky. I bought it mainly to use as a smoker, not as a grill, so I will slow-smoke things for a few hours before giving them much heat. Try potato， stick， simon sweet potato， all the flavors kept.

I recently purchased this wood pellet grill for my new home, and overall I am very satisfied with the experience. The delivery was quite fast, and assembling the grill was straightforward and didn’t take much effort. We followed the initial firing instructions carefully and managed to get it started without any issues. One thing to keep in mind is that for the very first barbecue, you should plan some extra time since the grill needs to run empty for about 45 minutes to burn off residue. The heating speed is impressive, but the preset temperature and the actual internal temperature may differ slightly, so it’s best to stay nearby and monitor it closely during cooking. We tried grilling skewers and steaks, and the results turned out really delicious. This grill definitely made our first cookout at the new house memorable!
