I have a bum leg that is slowly healing, so getting down on the ground is a royal pain right now. I was trying to think of how to raise the level of my lawn tractor high enough to allow me to work on it without getting up and down off the ground. Disconnecting the deck is easy, but not so easy. Changing blades, of course, absolutely required pulling the deck off. Then I came across this tilter. A light bulb went off in my head, and I immediately ordered one. It arrived quickly, and within half an hour of receiving it, I had my lawn tractor tilted up and was working on the deck. It works so well and so simply! I bought the one with the fitting for my drill, so I can raise the tractor in about eight seconds. Sweet! There is just one thing to watch for. The assembly instructions for mine actually showed the end stop being put on backward. It was pretty obvious that wasn't going to work, so I just flipped it around and all was well. The whole unit fold down flat so it's easy to store. I love it!

The jack was packaged in one big box arrived safely. It is as pictured and I was surprise to see this jack was completely assembled and ready to go. The quality of the materials, welding and workmanship is excellent. This should make changing blades on my lawn tractor my easier. I am very satisfied with this seller.

I am a senior adult, and needed an easier way to maintain my riding mower! This was easy to assemble- needing only 1 person, and instructions had pretty good pictures to follow! This will be so much easier for maintenance!

We very much disliked the fact that if we shipped it back it will cost us as the a little less than what we paid for it!!! It is so cheap and won’t hold up a lawnmower like it’s supposed to do!! Very unhappy!!

I have a cub cadet 42" mowing deck and it just barely fit on this. I would have given it 5 stars if it werent for this. I thought I was going to have to modify something for it to fit onto it. The bracket that holds the tire on the bottom side needs some type of hold back. It kept trying to fall down while I was driving the mower onto it. However, It did the job much cheaper than other lifts. I was a little skeptical when I started applying necessary force to loosen the blades but it held up fine.

Great design. Using the power drill adapter, the tractor can be lifted to the maximum height in 15 or 20 seconds. A little lubricating oil on the screw keeps things operating smoothly. If you sharpen your blades regularly, this lift allows you to see (as opposed to feel) that the blades are mounted securely on the star-mount of the spindle before tightening the bolt. The unit can be hung on the side of your shed or garage and occupies minimal space. Sorry I didn't have it 10 years ago. Update: Although the item photo shows a tractor being lifted by its front axle, lifting it by the rear wheels is more effective and provides better clearance to the underside of the deck. If you're concerned that the tractor will be unstable (i.e. tippable) at its maximum height, no worries. Only with extreme effort was I able to push the tractor up from the lift bars one inch. Straps securing the rear wheels are not necessary. However, I place a single jack stand under the rear axle just in case.
