I purchased this back in February and love it. Unfortunately the Glass tube broke and I have attempted to contact the seller numerous times through the website and through email. They have been totally unresponsive and I am certainly disappointed in this because like I mentioned earlier we love the product. So buyer beware if something goes wrong...you will most likely be stuck with a useless product, because there is zero customer support after purchase...which should NOT be the case when you decide to spend this kind of money on a "Nice to have" product. If something changes...I will come back and let you know, but not putting a whole lot of faith in them at this point. Good luck with your purchasing decision.

Needed a couple of screws that were missing. I Emailed their customer service Mailer. They responded a couple weeks after asking for proof of purchase. I provided it. It’s now May and the request was made in March. Still nothing delivered nor message back confirming. Product is not easy to assemble but works as expected.

I like the looks and the function, I would have given it all 5 stars but the printed assembly instructions isn't clear enough, the wheels are not designed if you move the unit a lot and it needs a better quality screws. I would recommend future buyers to get one above 48,000 BTU's.

The media could not be loaded. There is a visible glass tube wherein you can see real flames. Its so calming and mesmerizing. I absolutely love just sitting outside enjoying my tea and watching the fire. Its so relaxing. It stands just over 7 feet tall. It has wheels to make moving it easier and safer. The legs are designed to resist tilting/falling. The burner near the top wraps around 360 degrees to provide warmth all the way around it. The heater has an easy-open door for accessing the fuel tank. Holds up to 45000 BTU which is quite a lot. Its an impressive amount. Its on the higher end of patio heating capabilities. NOTE: It does NOT come with a propane tank. You’ll need to provide that yourself. It comes with its own cover to protect it from the weather when not in use. Very convenient.

The product was a typical Chinese made product. The holes did not match up, which made installing the screws difficult. The overall product was flimsy and not well constructed. The directions were not easy to follow. I am hoping the product will last at least 2 years.
