This scanner is jam packed with features and quickly helped address some issues with my truck. I did have an issue with the ABS module compatibility and the J2534 working with Service Tech 2 (GM). I'll give the scanner a 5/5 and the J2434 a 5/5. Instructions get a 3/5, I didn't realize till an hour into setting it up that windows 11 identified it as a NIC and assigned it an IP over USB. The instructions should guide a user working with a Service software example and customer support should either be an 800 number or an email that has a quick turn around. Downloaded all the software they said after taking 3 hours to find the download..some links didn't even work there is no customer service number if you do get someone through whats app it is only a computer have emailed the company no response. don't waste your money buy autel. this will not work until you get the right driver download and is a pain in the ass to find. Also does not have all functions it advertises. really pissed I bought this ... show more
