These glasses are fantastic—I've stocked up on them and have them all over the place. I started experiencing tired eyes and occasional headaches by the end of the day, so my eye doctor suggested using blue light readers, and what a game changer they've been! The only downside is that they're quite reflective, so during video meetings, the screen or ring light might be visible on the glasses.
