This is my seccond Autel scanner because I liked my first one so much. The built-in service procedures are really handy as well as the scope function. The large screen is great as well as the topology view of all the control modules and instant display of all trouble codes in the various systems.

I had bought this tool because my shop was equipped with an inadequate automotive scanner that has caused alot of frustrations and inconvenience. I wont be naming that particular brand... (cough*cough*) but they are SUPPOSED to be a top tier, well known, OVERLY priced brand that their "franchised" pocket and bank account murdering truck shows up weekly to collect payments. I had come across countless occasions to where my scanner was not able to do a vast majority of abilities it has claimed it could, but certainly cannot... so I ended up borrowing on multiple occasions, another automotive shops Autel Maxisys unit to complete my tasks. I was overly impressed with the capabilities, so here I am, posting a review on this Autel Maxisys Ultra unit I have happily acquired! This is by far the best scan tool/scope package bang for buck. The data pids are very detailed and easy to view. The bluetooth scope works great and is very easy to use, even for a first time user.

It is an amazing scanner. I am happy to finally own the autel maxisys ultra. I used to use it a lot at the independent shop i worked at to reprogram engine ecm and tcm as well as scan fault codes. It's a real bang for your buck.

Purchased this diagnostic platform per recommendation of another Diagnostician. Very great powerful platform loaded with everything you need to diagnose and repair the vehicle, IF you know what your doing. Loaded with tons of hot functions, Bi-directional controls, and even flash programming features. It ‘s a heavy competitor with Snap-On platforms, I own both. There are some things the ULTRA can do that the ZEUS cannot and vice versa. There’s not one scanner that does it all. But having multiple amazing platforms makes sure you have all the guns needed for the gun show. I recommend this product to anyone looking for a great DIAG/SCOPE platform and don’t want to pay over 10 grand for Snap-On. I wish I didn’t at least. ... show more
