I recently bough the Launch VII and I'm very satisfied, it has many functions at Dealership-level including ECU Programming & Coding Functions: Backup/Recover ECU Data; Manual & Automatic for certain cars. One of the things that surprised me the most is the tech support, I had a couple of questions and a got an answer right away. I absolutely love this scan tool! We are thrilled every vehicle we diagnose with the results, and really like all the capabilities. We bought a Top Don scan tool online as well, and this kinda compares to it in a way, with the way its set up.
