Threaded part for clamping down will bend.Not all,but dont install without reading directions.Must cut bed liner to fit.Top is heavy material and seems sturdy.Just watch tightening down,bolts bent.Latch seems ok.

I canceled order 10 mins after ordering. They said too late can't cancel, but can return when received. I tried returning thru UPS the cost of return was almost cost of bed cover.
