I’ve got these on all four corners of my ride a 5000 lb suv I’ve never had any one vehicle that would stop as fast it’s unreal . These brakes are the same kinda set up being drilled and slotted rotors as race cars ! Now for all of you who hate brake dust and all the lady’s who don’t wanna hear that annoying sqreech and sqweel ! These are ceramic pads stoping power to the next level smooth quite no wheels looking bad ! The the ultimate reason two reasons no brake fade and no warping so it’s always smooth at the pedal! They are even safer for you and who ever is in there with you ! It’s a total win after you figure the money saved from purchasing them oh yeah they send a can of brake clean and a small bottle of brake fluid (20$ worth estimate) extra that the parts store won’t throw in ! Then the clean no noise and extra stopping power for the safety were they don’t fade or warp ! Simply because they are drilled and slotted to keep them cooler then the ceramic pads for the ultimate stopping ability! I look for more and more vehicles to come stock with this brake package no more time than it would take to drill and slot the rotors and the pads have to cost close to the same amount! Any manufacturer would definitely gain customer loyalty and better reviews! If you have never had any sports car or race car brakes get these put them whatever you drive I’ll guarantee you’ll see and feel a difference all around the extras the peace of mind the cash saved it’s a wow factor with everything about Detroit Axle a name and force to be reckoned with ! Brake or stoping force that is ! They also make great suspension components that to me are just as good if not better than moog . For you who work on autos it’s a thing almost of the past to get parts that have grease fittings with them most Detroit Axle steering and suspension components have them . Then you can look at them and see they are quietly parts that not only you can grease but you can see and have peace of mind they will last and not until just next year you can actually get some years not just 1 out of them . It sucks when you buy a part with 1year warranty and then around 1 year and a week or a couple months and your changing it again ! I’ll give credit to whoever designed it it makes it just past a year and that’s it that’s why I try to find the best parts with reliability and quality for the best price these days you have to ! I’ll spend a little more someplace for certain parts if I know what I’m getting is way better why spend 29.00$ for a year of service when 39-49$ will get me 3-5 years of service . You just gotta figure now days what the best move to make and the best bang for your buck even if it is 10-20$ more it’s peace of mind and doing your car and yourself a favor ! Safety for your love ones and others traveling on the road then knowing you dont have to pay to fix it as often ! Shop around read your reviews and make good educated decisions an no matter what you drive you’ll feel better about driving it and it will mean more to you !

Brake fit well. No issues installing. The new rotors and pads have more stopping power than before. I would recommend buying Detriot Axle brake kits for your car!

Honestly for the price you can’t beat it. cheap, decent quality, comes with hardware as well so you don’t have to get your own, and stops my k1500 very well and completely got rid of my noisy brake squeal. everything was as advertised and i will be buying more products from them again.

RRVIEW UPDATE: I really wanted to like this setup. it was a great price, and they looked great. First, these were supposed to be non-metallic pads, and they were supposed to have a slit down the center of the pad. The pad is solid, and you can see the metal in it. I didn't care that much initially, but these leave SO much brake dust that they're screwing up my chrome wheels, and they're always dirty. The brakes stop, thankfully, and that is their primary job, but they SQUEAL. The squeal randomly and very loud. Sometimes they stop squealing, other times they're very loud. The rotors seem good, but I'm pretty irritated with the pads. I swapped them out all the way around the truck. I don't have a lot of spare time to work on my truck, and I really don't like to. Now I have to by new pads all the way around, and install them. Changed my review from 5 stars to 3. They DO stop. So, if you want to buy them anyway, go ahead. Just be aware that it will sound like you need to replace them, and rolling around in a nice truck with squeaky brakes just isn't cool. ORIGINAL REVIEW: What a great setup. Brake pads, rotors, lube, fluid and cleaner. The rotors look fantastic. The pads are not slotted like those shown, and they appear to have some copper in them. I'm not sure if I got sent the wrong set or what. They seem to work well. Really satisfied with the setup, though. They look fantastic.
