Its great. The only thing I didn't think about was how the roof catches a LOT of water and weighs down the tarp cover with nearly 5 gallons (or so) of water, which makes it sag severely. But not really a problem. I cut three 46 inch 1by4s and stuck them inside the coop under the chicken wire and tarp (see picture), and the issue was solved. Now its perfect. ... show more

So assembling the frame was a breeze. The door however is causing issues. Been up for two weeks. Since my ten year old and I were running into issues with instructions- door set up is very small and confusing- for me at least and two other functioning adults. Update: arrived in two packages on different dates. I was recovering from a broken ankle and someone put away the smaller box and forgot about it. When I finally got around to installation, I assumed the box wasn’t delivered. After a prompt response from customer service, I realized what happened and found the box. It was simple to assemble and is of similar quality to my more expensive run from tractor supply. Unfortunately I waited a couple months to install this. We are very happy with this chicken cage. It gave our girls so much more room to move. Product went together pretty easy. I would however suggest much better zip ties, as the ones that come with the product are basically worthless. They are not strong at all. We got the smallest cage as we don't have a very large yard. This size is perfect. My chicken coop fit into the cage, nicely. Very happy with this purchase. I used fencing stakes on the corners to secure the frame in case of windy days. ... show more

Nice for our chickens! We did add smaller wire on inside 3 foot to ground all around pin. We have a fox that comes regularly! And watch how you open box! Husband used utility knife and cut layers of the cover. We love the pin and our girls are happy with more room to run!

So as others have stated, my coop was nearly 3/4 completed and then realized I was missing a bracket, had to run all over town looking for this one piece that was holding me up from completing it. I found a fence company that had a bracket but the holes were in the wrong place, so I had to modify it by drilling the hole in the correct place, and bending it in my vice because the angle was wrong, after doing all that I was I was able to finish it. But like others pointed out it has a flat roof, I thought it would be slanted to allow rain water to run off the sides, it's flat, so it will hold water and eventually becomes so heavy that it will fold the frame like a pretzel, so now I have to go back to hardware store and buy something like frp board and attach that above the coop and connect it to the underside of my roof, it will then run the water away from the roof of the coop, jeeze, a nightmare, look elsewhere. No response from their customer service, they must be operating out of a grand-dads garage. ... show more
