Waste of money and time! I had to go to lowes to buy more wood because this thing fell apart as soon as I put it up. Not worth the price! Cheap would that spilts all over! Not good quality for something that expensive. You are bedder off making your own coop it would be cheaper and better quality!

The wood is a softer wood so it’s easily moved. The floor didn’t have anything securing it so we used our own screws and attached it. Was simple to put together. It took about 2 hours. We also used caulk to prevent any drafts on the inside of the coop.

    • Very tiny not very sturdy cheap paint
This coop is actually a lot smaller than I had anticipated. I would not put more than four large chickens in here. The paint looks like it will need to be repainted within a year. The design is not very sturdy at all. I think if a predator really wanted to get in they could. Overall not exactly happy with spending almost $400 for this thing! ... show more

    • Smaller and not very sturdy construction
Coop arrived really quick and ahead of schedule. Packaging was damaged, but the inside contents were not damaged. We built the coop that night and during assembly we found that the box include two right side coop walls. I did not request a new left side wall, but instead just made new one since we are going to paint the coop a different color. The wood is clearly the soft Chinese wood that breaks fairly easily. Like other reviews the coop is really small compared to the pictures so pay attention to the dimensions. I knew before ordering, but still was surprised that it looks tiny for 6 chickens. I built a sled to put the chicken coop on so we could move it about yard, because it wasn't sturdy enough to move in the grass without 3/4 thick boards used around the bottom. Overall it looks super cool and with a little reinforcement the coop should do fine for our needs. I'm going to add support pieces around the base to strengthen the bottom for predator protection ... show more

Do not plan on buying this chicken coop unless you are looking to waste your money... It's made with probably $50 in materials... The materials that they build this thing out of are very cheap and all of the panels are stapled to the frame.. I made it work but I had to reinforce the entire structure... ... show more

Product was damaged by shipping company . Seller quikly fixed the problem . Manufacture really took the time to make assembly seemless . I highly recommend this product and highly recommend the seller . Assembly took 30 minutes start to finish by myself .

    • A Good Coop, but needs some Engineering Help
All in All the Coop went together well, but it could use a few things that would make putting it together & planning for its final location much more easy. First, a Dimenions sheet would have been very helpful. The 39" width includes the egg collection box. The actual coop base is much smaller. The 87" length include the small roof overhang. Second, a few more designed fasteners would be a good idea. A few items we merely stapled in not screwed in which in time would fail in actual use. The design however is quite good & the Coop is nice and compact. Can't wait to put our chickens in it. ... show more
