only bad thing i can say is its a little smaller than anticipated.. that being said- assembly is straight forward, pretty decent build quality.. not sure how long it will last in Oregon rain season, but only time will tell. have about a dozen chicks in it, they love it.. they have room to run, and the top hutch gives lots of options for feed and watering areas

The media could not be loaded. I would ONLY recommend you get this for an indoor pet, in that case, there are better quality ones available for cheaper. First, there were dings, splits, and loose hardwire. The structural pieces are very flimsy and are not a long term solution for outdoor housing. Next, when properly lined up, the screw holes were so close the edge that one of them split the wood and broke off (not pictured- I chose a pic that showed how close to the edge the hole due to limited photo uploads) The structure was not made to be put together. It’s possible they sent me wrong pieces. There’s pegs where the roof is which makes it actually impossible to screw the roof on. The sides were not angled correctly and started to bust when I followed the direction. The “pull out drawer” for the close coop area also had zero stability, it was unsecured and dangled. I made alterations to make this work at lease short term. Opened the angles up on the front on both side pieces so the boards would stop breaking, I saws out about half an inch of roof to the the roof prices to fit, and make new screw holes. And as for the drawer? I just screwed in a piece of loose wood to keep it closed. 0/10. Do not recommend. Hard pass.

This thing is not large. It's not going to hold up to the outdoors. It's too small to hold more than maybe two full grown chickens. It also offers no ability for chickens to roost. If you put the tray in. It makes the housing area easier to clean. However, If you have any intention to clean the play yard. Have fun, cause you are going to have to lift and relocate move the pen. The pen is not made out of the strongest material so don't be dropping or tossing it down. It's going to splinter, if you do. It's bulky, and the ramps are a pain if you lift the pen. They will break off their hinges. Suggest wheels, if you can figure a way to add them (not included). If you are going to clean the play area, you are going to have to remove the animal. If a predator attacked this enclosure. You're going to be buying a replacement animal. Ok, the good things about this enclosure. To start, it looks nice. It has several doors for entry. The wood is real soft so assembly is easy. If you need an inside the house hutch. This enclosure looks nice.

As an avid bunny owner, I’ve looked all over the place for something that has everything I need to keep happy buns outdoors. Sometimes I wonder if the people who make these products actually have rabbits. This setup was one of the best I could find though still not amazing. It works for us, I wish it was bigger (there are few decent products for large or giant rabbit breeds). It was easy enough to put together although there’s one point in construction where if they’d just reversed the order of two of the steps it would have been much easier. My two biggest complaints are: There needs to be a separate floor OVER the tray inside the house. Countless people have pointed this out about NUMEROUS rabbit housing and still, they keep pumping out housing where the bunnies have to walk around in their own waste. This hutch is the same. My other critique is that it needs an access point from roof, because it gets tedious trying to do all the maintenance like feed, water, hay from doors that are all on the ground. Yes, you can put all that inside the house but with a large breed rabbit, they barely have enough room to get inside if you put all that in there. It could also use a wire floor across the bottom of the whole thing, since this is useless outside unless you put it on concrete (they will dig out quickly); I didn’t count that against it bc I guess it’s used indoors as well and I have some bunny wire and a staple gun. But yeah. Needs work. But with what there is available, it was the least problematic.

This was an early Christmas present for me for my rabbits. My husband found it very easy to put together. It's very sturdy and my rabbits love it! I would highly recommend this to anyone!
