    • Too small for chickens
If you plan on using this for multiple chickens or multiple rabbits I wouldn’t. Too small for them to have proper space to roam. But I have 4 button quails and they had plenty of room. The don’t really use the house but that’s okay

The first predator that came by was able to rip the wire off of the back middle panel immediately. I lost 3 quail. Also I agree with a previous reviewer that this is too small for standard sized chickens or standard sized rabbits. Bantam chickens or miniature rabbits might fit. But again, the coop is no protection against predation so I don’t recommend it. The roofing tar melted in 80 degree heat so I am pretty sure it would not stand up to weather. This thing is not large. It's not going to hold up to the outdoors. It's too small to hold more than maybe two full grown chickens. It also offers no ability for chickens to roost. If you put the tray in. It makes the housing area easier to clean. However, If you have any intention to clean the play yard. Have fun, cause you are going to have to lift and relocate move the pen. The pen is not made out of the strongest material so don't be dropping or tossing it down. It's going to splinter, if you do. It's bulky, and the ramps are a pain if you lift the pen. They will break off their hinges. Suggest wheels, if you can figure a way to add them (not included). If you are going to clean the play area, you are going to have to remove the animal. If a predator attacked this enclosure. You're going to be buying a replacement animal. Ok, the good things about this enclosure. To start, it looks nice. It has several doors for entry. The wood is real soft so assembly is easy. If you need an inside the house hutch. This enclosure looks nice. ... show more
