This self cleaning litter box is a game changer. I have wanted one for years, but they always seemed so pricey. I noticed that this one seemed to be affordable. The priced matched with the sturdy quality of the box. I also based my decision on reviews and this one had all 5 star reviews, except for 1 one star. I decided to buy one because I am impaired to a wheelchair and I needed to relieve the daily scooping chore. My healthcare provider assemble the unit in about 10 minutes. Very easy. This unit sits flat on the floor. I noticed that other units had legs lifting it even higher. Toby is a senior as well and I thought, geez, I may have to buy him a step stool just to get inside. Also, he's a pretty big boy and he has plenty of room and there's a safety feature preventing them from getting pinched. I have had it about 3 days now and he adjusted to the new box instantly. Oh, except when we move his old toilet out of the way, he snarled, he growled and hissed, we laughed. But he had NO problem with this new box. I have four cats and we’ve tried so many different litter boxes, but this one has been the best experience by far. All four of them adapted within a week — which has never happened with any other model. The machine runs very quietly, keeps everything clean, and the built-in deodorizer works extremely well. There’s basically no smell at all. The companion app is also a huge plus. It’s super responsive, updates in real time, and records each cat’s usage clearly, which makes it so much easier to monitor their health. Everything feels smooth, stable, and well-designed. I've been using this automatic litter box for about a week now. So far, I'm very satisfied. It doesn't take up much space in my home and looks quite stylish. It operates extremely quietly—you can barely hear it—and the machine cleans itself spotlessly, so I hardly have to lift a finger. The interior space is more spacious than I anticipated. My cat doesn't feel cramped inside and can turn around and crouch naturally. My cat is medium-sized, and there's still plenty of room to spare—I'm particularly pleased with this.     • Spent more time cleaning cat crap by hand than with conventional litter box
Everytime it cleaned it self the rubber pad fell. I pushed the pad down til all sides clicked. I have cleaned this more in 2 days that 2 weeks of regular litter. There are no latches to lick the pad down just a little lip...

Wonderful product. The only issue is the hole is not big enough to put the box of litter in it to add litter. I have to pour the litter into a cup several times to add litter. Other than that, great product
