I recently bought this ABRCT L1 Self-Cleaning Litter Box and I honestly didn’t expect it to make such a difference. It’s been really convenient not having to scoop the litter every day anymore. The cleaning cycle works well and it definitely helps reduce the smell compared to a regular litter box. The capacity is also pretty good, so I don’t have to worry too much if I’m busy or away for a bit. Overall it feels well designed and has made taking care of my cat a lot easier. Definitely a great upgrade from a traditional litter box.

I was really excited about getting this for my cats and for me it meant less work! easy set up and plug in, the app was easy to use, worked great for the first couple of weeks and then it didn't! Part of the problem was my cat would end up urinating outside the unit so the urine would be all over the mat and there was no way to take apart to wipe it off so I would have to wash it regularly. The next thing I found is that when it does it's empty cycle, if there is wet liter it would tend to get stuck on the sides inside the unit. also when I took it apart to sanitize everything, I noticed a small pool of urine on the base, under the round part. Not sure how that happens. Completely disappointed with this product, it did not work out for me.

After previously owning a Whisker Litter-Robot that cost more than twice as much, I was honestly surprised by how much value this one delivers at its price point. It does everything I need without the premium price tag, which makes it an easy recommendation for multi-cat households. Setup was quick and straightforward, and day-to-day use is even easier. Compared to other automatic litter boxes I have tried, this one feels far more intuitive with fewer quirks and less babysitting required. The companion app works flawlessly and is one of my favorite features. It accurately tracks visits from multiple cats, which gives me peace of mind and helps me keep an eye on their habits. Odor control has been excellent. The area around the litter box stays fresh, even with multiple cats using it daily. I no longer worry about guests noticing any smells, and maintenance is minimal. Most importantly, my cats absolutely love it. They adjusted quickly and use it without hesitation, which says a lot. If you are looking for a reliable, easy-to-use automatic litter box with great app support, strong odor control, and a much more reasonable price than some big-name competitors, this one is a fantastic choice.

Pros: • Sleek design, even though it’s quite large • Very quiet during cleaning • My cats started using it immediately, which is impressive since they’re usually scared of new things • The app is excellent and tracks each cat’s usage individually • Built-in safety sensor pauses cleaning if a cat is nearby (can be enabled/disabled in the app) Cons: • There’s no option to fully disable automatic cleaning. If I want to clean it just once a day remotely via the app, that’s not possible. • With two cats, the waste bin lasts about 3 days. The bin design causes waste to pile up in the center when it’s dumped, triggering a “full” notification even though the bin is only about half full. It just needs to be spread out, which isn’t convenient for longer use. • If cleaning is set to start too soon after use and waste isn’t well covered, it can stick to some of the plastic parts.
