If you follow the instructions, it's actually really simple and easy to use. I can see how some people have issues with how thick it is, and I can imagine that it dries up quickly if it's an old product. Mine came in nice and smooth and easy to apply. Again, if you read the instructions, follow the directions, it does exactly what you need it to do. The key is to pull the hair away from your scalp before gently applying. And also wipe the tip off on a tissue before applying. I have a hard time finding products that work with my brows because they're very very thin and light compared to my natural dark brown hair color. Good coverage for grey hairs at the temples. Doesn’t catch on tightly curled hair so styling is not disturbed. If you don’t handle your roots much after styling it doesn’t seem to rub off. If you have moisturizer in your hair it might come off more easily, but even with an olive oil based “edge keeper” it worked the whole day for me. Unfortunately it doesn’t seem to last very long. I purchased one the end of June and only using it sparingly it ran out early August. Other kinds (& brands) seem to last much longer. HOWEVER, because it works so well I’ll pay the extra & more often. As L’Oreal says, “I’m worth it.” ... show more
