I've used the starry night color many times and love it. I know it's just the silicone talking, but I wish I could get a bottle of this conditioner. Now let's talk about the vibrant colors for dark hair. I tried the violet eclipse, personally. Now first off, those vibrant colors for dark hair, will only get optimal results on uncolored/virgin hair. If you color your hair and have some regrowth of your natural hair up by your "roots" you will have brightly colored roots and dull lengths. I used to cheat this system by coloring my hair to make sure it was all uniform, waiting like a week and then using something like this violet eclipse color to "tone" undertones into my hair. This isn't recommended but it worked for me in the past. Anyway this violet eclipse was the most drying thing I have ever put on my hair. Even with the same conditioner. It feels like I bleached my hair. The follicles are FRAYED, FRIENDS. I'm genuinely concerned I may need to cut some length off. Moral of the story is use as directed. I will definitely buy the starry night color again, when it's time. The time is not now.

I'm having a partial liking to this product. I used this product 2 years ago on my hair and my of my it gave me such a great result. The only problem I did was I didn't realized back then that This product has bleach. That is the reason why I bought this product again. I try to use it on my BF hair and he has brown reddish after we bleach his hair (from black). He wanted to get this color but after applying the dye, there is no change at all. I was hoping that it will bleach out the red and recolor it with blonde but he still has his reddish and it doesn't even come out lighter. The hair closer to the scalp (it grows black already about 2mm), change to reddish as well. I assume that the dye can't properly get absorb by the hair. But again, I think had I know if this would be less bleach content in it (or maybe not enough dye on it), I probably pick a light brown color or something else other than blonde. A different color that can actually change the hair color.
