Bought this as a gift for my son. I did not have high expectations because I couldn’t see the product and structure of the bench was worried about the sturdiness. When the bench arrived I couldn’t believe how heavy it was right then I knew it was a winner. Assembling the bench was easy enough for my 14 yr old to do on his own. VERY sturdy and I was shocked that it’s not wobbly at all !! I actually like this bench way more than I thought, it also folds up very easily and fits under his bed I was not aware of how easy it was to store away. Highly recommend too many positive things to say.

This is a very nice, man sized bench. Very sturdy, solid and does not rock or wobble. The adjustment knobs are the spring loaded twist and pull type. Seat and back are both adjustable and when you want to use it as a flat bench it has an extra lock out support for the back so there is zero flex. Very satisfied.

I use this for one exercise - incline bench. I don't think this would stand up for elite lifters pushing 350+ bench, but I'm not testing it! It is 1/7 the price of an alternative that had had been eye-balling. Today it had 480 pounds including me and my barbell and seemed sturdy enough. Bonus is that it easily folds and unfolds for use and storage. Wheels are well placed to roll it around. Definitely a good value for novice, intermediate, and probably most early advanced. NOTE: This is NEW, and I have not used it for any length of time. I am 6' 6'" tall, and this is a comfortable unit. Improvements I would make: 1) shorten the seat depth and 2) use better quality high-density foam under the existing foam. Cost will go up slightly, but it'll be a better product. The Naugahyde seems OK. Hopefully this unit holds up.

Was looking for a workout bench that was stable and sturdy enough for the family to use. This has decline, flat and various incline to 90deg. The design of this is wider at feet/base and at the bench angle support arm for virtually no rocking. It’s only been in use for a couple week, but is working out well.

It's been about a good solid 2 months now of using this and this bench is holding up great. I use this bench about 3-4 times per week with free weights (I do not have a bar). I do chests once a week which is when the bench gets the most use. No problems with the flat, decline, and incline positions. I haven't noticed any of the fabric or seams coming apart which is a good sign. The biggest reason why I got this though was because it folds up nicely. I don't have much space so having a bench that can fold up easily was a must. For the price point, you really can do no wrong with this. I would 10/10 buy this again if I needed to.

Unfortunately it arrived with torn fabric. Also I wonder if it was a returned product because it was mostly assembled when it arrived. I only had to attach 2 things to it. 2 stars because it seems well made and sturdy. I'm 5'11" and it's length is perfect for my height. I'm just unhappy it arrived Damaged. I could return it, but it would be a hassle to take it apart and go through that process. :/

Pros: Overall it is a decent bench at a good price. I do think its sturdy enough for my purposes, it's easy to assemble and adjust. It does fold away quickly and conveniently. Cons: I'm 5-9 and pretty normal size, I find the bench to be a bit tall, my feet don't touch the ground unless I point my toes down. The little padded foot catch for side bends and core work is useless, it's way too small and the distance from your feet to where it bends in not enough to support your hips, so all of the pressure will be on your knees. Overall I'm happy with the bench, I just won't be using it for core.
