This set is big, sturdy and came with a lot of extra pieces if needed, right down to a roll of the rattan in case some area needs to be replaced, plus extra feet. The bottom cushions are held on by Velcro, a nice added touch. They’re firm and substantial. Not wild about the material as it is a slicker material. The throw pillows I bought separately are slick material too so they don’t want to stay sitting up. Prob made with this material to help with outside wear and tear. Now on to the cushion backs…I literally kept them out to fluff on their own for well over a week. There’s just simply not enough stuffing in the back cushions. I took out the bag inside each, bought 4 $6 standard pillows from target cut open the pillows, pulled out it’s stuffing and stuffed each one a lot more. Folded the end down and shoved them back inside the backs. They’re perfect now. The really nice detail is that these back cushions are tied onto the back of each chair. So no worrying with cushions falling off or shifting too much, at least not now that they’re stuffed full in the back. My set will not get weather as it is under a section of patio that is covered. This set took us about one and a half hrs to two hours to put together (using a battery operated screw driver) and we are much happier with the extra stuffing inside the backs. Obviously, this will cause a problem for anyone trying to return them to cut anything. So don’t plan on returning them if you do. The only thing we haven’t done yet is put on the pieces to connect them but after reading other reviews we will boil them first to ensure no issues. Oh, lastly, we ordered the turquoise color and it’s really bright and beautiful. We also have two small black dogs and there is no hiding the hair on these. Just keep a lint roller nearby. Otherwise we are happy with the attention to detail on this set. The pros outweigh the cons for the money on this set. If you're flying solo- this will take about 3 hours to assemble. Directions are clear and plenty of spare parts. My advice- and the advice of other owners of this product: Soak the entire set in 3M Scotchgard Sun & Water Repellent. It takes 4 cans ($40). Spray all the cushions & their tie-down strings- let air dry for 24 hours before sitting. Also, spray the vinyl wicker. According to others- if you do this every 18-24 months- the set will last many years- like a Costco Sunbrella set that costs $2,500- $3,000. If you're in the SW or Florida- sun and heat can destroy this set in less than three years if you don't spray it with a UV block/ water repellent. Basically Sunbrella/ has that stuff baked into it (that's why it's pricy and lasts so long) Additionally, In the off season- keep it covered. Very nicely constructed set and much better than what I was expecting for the costs. The shipping was insane fast; from order 2 business with Fed Ex 2 large boxes and 1 small. (you do pay for the shipping, so it should be expedited) My only complaint: the feet are entirely made of plastic/ a little worried that they will dry-rot and crack, maybe not. Pretty easy to assemble but I did get the bolts started with their supplied wrench then used my small electric screwdriver. We had high back chairs before on our porch so I was more used to them. One of the remaining high back chairs is in the supplied photo. My wife loves the set since she can stretch out with her books and lounge on it while reading. FedEx damaged the box with two of the base units resulting in the wicker being broken. The company was very responsive to my emails. They sent two new base units the next day only for me to find out they were 1/2 inch too short. They then made arrangements to have two new base units of the correct height FedExed from the factory in China. All along they continued to communicate about the shipments. I have to give them "5s" if only for their tenacity in shipping replacement parts. ... show more

This furniture looks even better in person! It did take quite awhile to assemble, but it was definitely worth it! I added a few decorative pillows and throws that I picked up at HomeGoods. Couldn’t be happier with this set!

Very nice sectional unit. Cushions have a nice amount of fill and firmness. Took us about 2 1/2 to assemble sectional and table. They include lots of extra screws. The color is just as advertised. Really pleased with the quality. No complaints from us.

Patio furniture is ridiculously expensive! This is a great price for great quality patio furniture. The instructions are very confusing but once you figure it out it’s not too bad. I also like how you can rearrange it different ways. I recommend this set!
