This patio furniture set looks great. The pieces are sturdy yet light enough to move around. Assembly is very straightforward, although the nine pieces do take some time to assemble (I’d say it took me 10 minutes or so per piece on average—very reasonable but does add up to 1.5-2 hours). The price is very reasonable. The table is perfect size for 4 people having dinner, a bit cramped for 6 and quite cramped for 8. The one frustrating thing is that the chair legs will tear up your deck if you don’t put rubber end caps on them. I bought a set of 24 rubber end caps from Amazon (3/4 inch) for like $15, and it solved the problem. But the manufacturer could have easily taken care of that on their end. This is the second product I have brought form this company and am pleased to say it is perfect. The assembly is a little difficult and will take a few hours but the instructions were easy to follow and once put together it looks great. The chairs are sturdy and comfortable with the cushions provided. The stools can be used as extra seating or a foot rest and again are very sturdy. When all the chairs are put away it is a great compact set and perfect for a small space. The only warning I will give is the chairs are on the narrow side. ... show more

UPDATE: They responded quickly that a third box would be arriving the next day and it did, with all the missing pieces. The set looks pretty good. The build quality is just okay and at times it took significant effort to get the pieces aligned enough that the bolts would fit where they were supposed to. I was a little disappointed to see some surface rust in the joints right out of the box but for the most part this is good set of patio furniture. It's reasonably sturdy, well priced, and looks as nice as it does in the pictures. We're missing the entire table, all but two of the cushions, and the instructions. I'll update if the rest of the dining set arrives. Two boxes were delivered today with 3 C1s, 6 C2s, 4 each of B1, B2, B3, B4, B5, and C3, along with the nuts and bolts and two cushions. Maybe there's another box or two out there somewhere with the rest of the patio set but UPS says this is everything. I can't even tell if I should expect more boxes since the each of the boxes said "1 of 1" and had different tracking numbers but they only sent me one tracking number and it matches one of the boxes that arrived. This review is for the 11 piece set. I originally ordered the 9 piece set, but the company contacted me stating that the 9 piece was on backorder. They offered to send me the 11 piece set at no additional charge, and I accepted. It arrived quickly and without issue. The set is small, and the cushions are thin. However, we have a small space to work with, and this set allows us to have a nice looking and sturdy outdoor seating area. The glass does get hot in the sun, but we purchased an amazon basics rectangular cover, and it works great to keep it clean and keep the top cool when not in use. It was easy to put together, but one cushion was ripped, and one seat back had stripped screw holes. I contacted the company regarding these issues, and they immediately sent us new pieces at no charge. I’d absolutely order this set and from this company again. ... show more

The good: amazing set for the price. Truly. Nine piece patio dining set for a small fraction of the price of nice (read EXPENSIVE AND OVER PRICED) patio furniture you’d get from a big box store or backyard brick and mortar store. All pieces store smartly under the table, flush. A matching cover that fits perfectly over the stowed set can also be purchased on Amazon - also inexpensive! This was a good buy and we are super happy with it. The “eh” could be better: came up four bolts short. I am very good at and disciplined with these types of things so literally, it was four bolts short. But even better bolts were available from Amazon for a couple bucks. Assembly was ok to good - I give a range there as I’m good at it so without power tools, bits, etc., assembly would be a pain. We have a matching set, loveseat, chairs and coffee/drink table and assembly on it was difficult. This set much better. The cushions are “eh” and my gal doubles them up. Patio furniture seat cushions are not cheap so we may try to find a couple of something at a Marshall’s type of store or something. Summary: 5 star review because it is a great value. Getting lots of use out of it. But if you have doubts about your ability to assemble, don’t have a cordless drill with Allen bit, or don’t have someone to assemble for you, consider purchase carefully. ... show more

Well you certainly get what you pay for, but sometimes it's good enough. It's a perfect size set to have a decent gathering. This set gets used nearly daily. It's not too comfortable, although I'm sure changing the cushions would help. I can only sit in it for about 15 minutes before my tailbone hurts. It's pleasing to the eye and it stores nicely. A few of the plastic feet for the chairs were damaged, almost like they were forced in and split but I'm okay to deal with it seeing how it's an outdoor set and the weather itself will cause damage. I am, however, upset with the delivery and the assembly. I'm not sure how after 3 delivery packages we managed to not receive two pieces for the chairs, the side and the back. I had to contact Amazon (despite the package saying to not contact Amazon and to contact the company instead - but I got no where with them after 2 weeks, they stopped responding), and had to wait over a month to receive the missing pieces because they were on backorder. To top it off, some of the screw holes weren't threaded. Luckily, my house is mechanically inclined, otherwise it probably wouldn't have been put together properly. I don't regret making this purchase, it is perfect for what we need and the price point was decent enough, but if I buy furniture again, I don't think I'd purchase online. ... show more
