I just had a 3 season room built and needed furniture. I figured I would get an outdoor set since there is no heat or air conditioning in the room. This set arrived in four large boxes. The cushions came separately in two small boxes. And the fire pit came several days before everything in its own box as well. Once I unpacked everything, I was not able to locate the directions on how to put the set together. I messaged Layinsun and they responded quickly by sending me a link to pull up the direction. When i began assembling, I found the directions were in one of the four packets with the screws. The assembly was not bad. I did it over a period of 4 days. I could only do 2-3 pieces at a time because my fingers became sore from twisting the Allen wrench to tighten the screws. When everything was assembled, I put the furniture in the new sunroom and it looks wonderful! I love the fact that I can move pieces around if needed. I even decided to put 2 corner pieces together to make another small couch with ends. This set was exactly the look I was going for! The height was perfect...it was just below the level of my windows. The furniture seems sturdy and it's more comfortable than I thought it would be. The seat cushions do slide somewhat so I found some Velcro seat cushion tape that helped a great deal. I also used a UV protectorate I found on Amazon in the hopes that it will prevent the black color from fading. The little clasps that hold the pieces together are not really that effective. I think possibly zip tying the legs would be more effective. I am happy with my purchase and with the quality of the furniture.

The media could not be loaded. I am so happy with this set. I am a 57 year old woman, pretty handy, and was able to put it all together by myself. In doing that I could see how well it was made. It's reinforced with steel bars and the ratan is very strong/thick. The cushions are quite thick and actually the only hard part about this product- is getting them out of the packing. They put them in the backs of the chairs and you have to wiggle them out. But everything was well packed and nothing was damaged, broken nor missing-as far as the furniture. Plus they give you extra hardware, just in case. The only problem I had was that I was missing ONE cushion cover. Those are shipped separately in a large set. I contacted the company about my ONE missing cover and within couple of days, they sent me an ENTIRE new set again-with no rebuttal at all! Great customer service! We bought the 15 piece set so we could use some on both our upper and lower decks. (see pics and please excuse the dust, LOL) Everything is sturdy and adult sized. I absolutely love the firepit. (see video) You won't be disappointed.

It's a great set, but putting it together for me took a little time as some of the screws to get in certain areas was a little tight. It's pretty well made sturdy however the black cushions do fade very quickly in the sun. All of my cushions look gray on one side the part that faces the sun they no longer look black. The cover that I bought for the fire table at least I think I bought it unless it came with the set, I'm not sure, has rotted out in the sun, did not hold up well at all. I need to order another one. Overall, the set is a good set.

We got the 8 piece set and it's great! First off... It arrived in 2 deliveries. The first delivery was 3 boxes which included all of the chairs, cushions, and small end table. 2 days later, we received a box with the table and a small box with the cushion covers. Assembly wasn't bad at all as long as you're mildly handy. We weren't missing any parts and didn't have any damage. The set is comfortable and inviting. You can easily customize the chair positions to your needs with included clips joining them together. The fire pit table is also nice and works really well. Overall, I really don't have any complaints and think this is a great value.

OH MY GOSH!!!! If you looking for something beautiful, comfortable, and a statement. PERFECT! It's so easy to clean. Was difficult to put together, but it's because you can do so much with it. I have it on our back deck and it works perfectly. This is my first year so I'm not sure about sturdy yet.

DO NOT BUY!!! this is the absolute worst set of furniture I’ve ever bought. I’ve only had it one season and all of the cushions have faded terribly, it is not water resistant so all the cushions hold the water and they’re always wet. it is super super cheaply made.

I've had this set over a year now, and I can say I'm partially pleased. It is a very sturdy set and I get lots of compliments, but the cushions are trash. They dont stay put and they could definitely be thicker. I wish there were other options for the cushions, its very difficult to find replacements

I am extremely impressed with the quality and comfort of the set and would recommend this to anyone looking for a set. Took about 10 hours for me to build (got faster as i built a few chairs lol) but really worth it.
