I just had a 3 season room built and needed furniture. I figured I would get an outdoor set since there is no heat or air conditioning in the room. This set arrived in four large boxes. The cushions came separately in two small boxes. And the fire pit came several days before everything in its own box as well. Once I unpacked everything, I was not able to locate the directions on how to put the set together. I messaged Layinsun and they responded quickly by sending me a link to pull up the direction. When i began assembling, I found the directions were in one of the four packets with the screws. The assembly was not bad. I did it over a period of 4 days. I could only do 2-3 pieces at a time because my fingers became sore from twisting the Allen wrench to tighten the screws. When everything was assembled, I put the furniture in the new sunroom and it looks wonderful! I love the fact that I can move pieces around if needed. I even decided to put 2 corner pieces together to make another small couch with ends. This set was exactly the look I was going for! The height was perfect...it was just below the level of my windows. The furniture seems sturdy and it's more comfortable than I thought it would be. The seat cushions do slide somewhat so I found some Velcro seat cushion tape that helped a great deal. I also used a UV protectorate I found on Amazon in the hopes that it will prevent the black color from fading. The little clasps that hold the pieces together are not really that effective. I think possibly zip tying the legs would be more effective. I am happy with my purchase and with the quality of the furniture.

The media could not be loaded. I am so happy with this set. I am a 57 year old woman, pretty handy, and was able to put it all together by myself. In doing that I could see how well it was made. It's reinforced with steel bars and the ratan is very strong/thick. The cushions are quite thick and actually the only hard part about this product- is getting them out of the packing. They put them in the backs of the chairs and you have to wiggle them out. But everything was well packed and nothing was damaged, broken nor missing-as far as the furniture. Plus they give you extra hardware, just in case. The only problem I had was that I was missing ONE cushion cover. Those are shipped separately in a large set. I contacted the company about my ONE missing cover and within couple of days, they sent me an ENTIRE new set again-with no rebuttal at all! Great customer service! We bought the 15 piece set so we could use some on both our upper and lower decks. (see pics and please excuse the dust, LOL) Everything is sturdy and adult sized. I absolutely love the firepit. (see video) You won't be disappointed.

It wasn't too bad to assemble, fit well on my patio and it's been pretty sturdy too. All the holes lined up but one of the plastic legs on the bottom broke off and the fire pit needed a battery for the ignition. I figured out how to put the battery in a few months later but it works great.

We got the 8 piece set and it's great! First off... It arrived in 2 deliveries. The first delivery was 3 boxes which included all of the chairs, cushions, and small end table. 2 days later, we received a box with the table and a small box with the cushion covers. Assembly wasn't bad at all as long as you're mildly handy. We weren't missing any parts and didn't have any damage. The set is comfortable and inviting. You can easily customize the chair positions to your needs with included clips joining them together. The fire pit table is also nice and works really well. Overall, I really don't have any complaints and think this is a great value.

The media could not be loaded. Very sturdy product! The black color looks so nice against the rock we have. Shipping was a bit delayed but the seller was communicative the entire time. Putting it together was simple but long for one person and a bit back breaking if you don’t have a working table. The cushions are pretty thick and comfortable, and the back cushions tie to the back. The fire place is truly the best part. I would recommend.

READ!!!!! if you’re ordering the 13 piece set you really need to consider and buy something else!!!!!!!. We ordered the 13 piece set and what they sent us were two separate six piece sets ….,that we had to drill holes and do fabrication to make things fit. We are a very handy people. One of us is an engineer we work with our hands and have a shop full of tools… if we had not had drills, bits, etc , we would have been in a bind. It is not worth a few dollars saved to buy this cheap set!! The cushions are extremely thin and because they sent us two 6 piece sets to make the 13 piece set that you see on the posting; we now have cushions with tapered edges for corner pieces for a six piece set.. UGHH!! So not only are the cushions VERY thin, some of the cushions don’t fill out the cushion covers because the foam is a tapered edge foam for a six piece set with corners.. I will never buy this brand ever again!!!!!!!!

Love this patio set! It is exactly as described and is comfortable. The wicker is sturdy and thick. It took a few hours to assemble but was not complicated. Expect multiple boxes that may arrive different days. Our fire table arrived a few days after the couch and side table. I love that this set has the option to rearrange the chairs however you choose. I definitely recommend!

Potential for 5 stars Pros Item is sturdy and looks very nice The fire pit is great Assembly is rather easy Cons A few spots on the wicker where broken, the company immediately sent out repair kit The cushions not very thick and you can really feel the base underneath after a few weeks l. They also stain very easily and are difficult to clean. There where no leveling adjustment feet for the fire pit
