We bought this set when we remodeled our farm house patio last summer. It was the only set we could afford at the time. This is our 2nd summer using this patio set and we are pretty happy with the purchase. It did come in 3 separate shipments and the customer service was good in helping with tracking. Once it all finally arrived, I think it took about 45 min for 2 of us to set it up. The seat bases are pretty durable. The only thing we don't like are the cushions. The cushions get butt dents after only a few uses and have no memory foam feeling. The Cushion Cover material is so slippery that the backs and arm rest cushions fall and slide around. We tried velcro and that did not work. We may try stronger larger pieces of velcro next year. The cushion covers are easy to wash. I only wash them when they get dirty from our cats lounging on them. We did purchase an inexpensive cover for rain days because I'm not sure how rain proof the Cushion covers are. I have lots of decorative pillows and we just shove everything under the cover. We leave the bases out all winter and they did not fade or Crack! I do store the cushions in our basement over the winter. This is a very low profile set. My husband is 6' and it's a little low for him but he still enjoys taking his naps on it. They provide an extra Cushion to go over the glass top section and It does all come together nicely to make a bed as well for the hot summer nights under the stars. Just remember to remove the glass before putting the Cushion down on that section. If you are on a tight budget this set is a good choice.

We’ve had this set for about a weeks now and it’s been fantastic. It’s gone through some rain and sun, and still looks brand new. The chairs are surprisingly sturdy, and the cushion covers are easy to clean. It’s the perfect setup for weekend lounging or entertaining a couple of friends. We use it almost daily. For the price, you really can’t beat the quality and style.

It’s a awesome set!! For the price its amazing!! I used the coffee table as a foot stool as the glass came really broken as crumbs and scared to get another due to bad shipping handlers so customer service was helpful in getting us what we needed.. Glass top is not good for pool deck anyways in case it breaks.. Easy to put together but takes a long time.. cushions are a NICe thickness (i went to department store and seened this set for double the price and reallly thin cushions) so this is a great piece. Looks awesome. The only bad thing is when it rains the cushions gets soaked in w water. Takes up to days in drying.

The furniture is as described and good for the price. The cushions are not very comfortable, but I assume they just need to be broken in. I did have issues with the delivery and assembly. I was told that the package was lost for 11 days (UPS had no record of it ever being scanned). After requesting a refund, the very next day, it was scanned in as picked up by UPS; a little too much of a coincidence in my opinion. The different pieces seem to be made in different manufacturing facilities and the quality of packaging is not consistent. Assembly of the first box was very easy, good instructions and everything was labeled. The second box had good instructions, but none of the pieces were labeled. This made it a little difficult since the box contained pieces for two seats. There were also areas where the staples holding the wicker blocked the holes for the screws to go in. The third box was not labeled and did not have as detailed of instructions to illustrate which piece went with which seat that was packaged together. All in all, the furniture is fine for the price, but the overall experience receiving it and assembling it was unpleasant due to manufacturing issues.

Covers faded in less than a month. Contacted them, and they don't offer just the covers; I have to purchase the whole patio set again. What will I do with another entire set? I wish they would sell the covers to replace them. Other than that, the patio set is good.

This was a good buy . Fits perfectly on patio. Shipment was really fast even tho it came in 3 different packages on 2 different days , it still came faster than anticipated. The furniture is a bit low but not extremely low , in the case you would like to lift I wouldn’t recommend bed lifters as it may be unstable I would recommend building a lifter . Assembly is a little confusing it took about 3 hours but once we got the hang it was a breeze .
