Overall not a difficult assembly, and exactly what I expected! Wanted a sectional for our screened in porch and couldn't afford something huge. This set is perfect for the price. 4 stars purely because I can tell the cushions are pretty thin, I'm concerned how they'll hold up over time.

Arrived over three days in three boxes. Read this is standard from other reviewers but was still a bit anxious when the second box delivered by UPS on Friday and nothing by Monday. Checked order on Amazon and UPS tracking and both stated all had been delivered. Emailed seller thru Amazon and they promptly got back to me that the third box was on the way and they were only allowed to post one tracking number on Amazon and that only covered the first two boxes. They gave me a tracking number for the third box and it arrived the next day. Assembly would be MUCH easier it the parts were labeled like with many other items I've had to assemble over the years from furniture to grills. A simple sticker of A,B,C, etc. attached to the parts would have eliminated some consternation during assembly. Otherwise, pleased with the looks, the quality and the prompt customer service. Now to see how it holds up over time. Additional review: After 2 months, washed covers before applying stain/water resistant spray and two covers fell apart. Contacted thru Amazon and customer service got back immediately, asked which covers needed replacement and they were here inside of a week. Also asked about purchasing an additional cushion abd was told they would send one free of charge as an apology. Not only did they send the free cushion but they also sent a center chair and coffee table as an additional apology even tho I never asked for that. Nice to know that at least one company knows what "customer service" means and went well above what was expected! ... show more

For the price, this is not a bad deal on the surface. Be aware of a couple of things: 1. There is no disclosure that the furniture comes in three (3) separate boxes. We received one (1) box with just a table, and then the rest of the furniture two days later. 2. The directions are not very clear and they leave you making educated guesses as to which piece should face which direction. The individual parts are also not labeled, either on the packaging or the parts themselves. 3. It's helpful that the parts include an allen wrench and a very small crescent wrench, but do yourself a favor and have both a long and short 10MM socket wrench handy because the crescent wrench that's included is not quality and it's a long frustrating afternoon trying to tighten everything. *You need the long one because the bolts are long, but you need the short one because the long one won't fit in some of the tight spaces... 4. ...And your long frustrating afternoon continues on a few occasions with an awkward reach into the nether regions of the furniture where you can barely see what you're trying to tighten. 5. This is not the sturdiest furniture and it's not heavy, so we have questions about how long it's going to last. 6. Buy a waterproof cover since the cushions are not waterproof. 7. It's actually a decent size and you can move the furniture around very easily (partly because it's SO light). We had a budget so this will fit the bill for now. We did get very quick responses to an inquiry to customer service when we got just one box, and that clarified that it's three boxes, but common to other reviews on this site is that you don't know which box you will get, and you only get one tracking number rather than the three you need. One other thing: The adorable photo of the guy playing the guitar for his daughter is obviously photoshopped because the cushions aren't affected by either of them sitting. ... show more

We bought this set when we remodeled our farm house patio last summer. It was the only set we could afford at the time. This is our 2nd summer using this patio set and we are pretty happy with the purchase. It did come in 3 separate shipments and the customer service was good in helping with tracking. Once it all finally arrived, I think it took about 45 min for 2 of us to set it up. The seat bases are pretty durable. The only thing we don't like are the cushions. The cushions get butt dents after only a few uses and have no memory foam feeling. The Cushion Cover material is so slippery that the backs and arm rest cushions fall and slide around. We tried velcro and that did not work. We may try stronger larger pieces of velcro next year. The cushion covers are easy to wash. I only wash them when they get dirty from our cats lounging on them. We did purchase an inexpensive cover for rain days because I'm not sure how rain proof the Cushion covers are. I have lots of decorative pillows and we just shove everything under the cover. We leave the bases out all winter and they did not fade or Crack! I do store the cushions in our basement over the winter. This is a very low profile set. My husband is 6' and it's a little low for him but he still enjoys taking his naps on it. They provide an extra Cushion to go over the glass top section and It does all come together nicely to make a bed as well for the hot summer nights under the stars. Just remember to remove the glass before putting the Cushion down on that section. If you are on a tight budget this set is a good choice. ... show more

I give this set of furniture a 5 star review!! It is a bit difficult to put together in places but it honestly is such a nice set that will last so long who cares. I mean for the price this set can not be beat. I had an issue with my set and I contacted the supplier and they quicky jumped into action to take care of any concerns I had.
