Received this product and it was very well packaged. Each part was wrapped with plastic to prevent scratching. The hardware was attached and clearly marked on the box so it was not lost. The directions were pretty simple and easy to follow, the only critic I have is you have to be careful in what way you attached each part together because it may be the wrong way. There isn’t a clear picture to decipher what direction. So a bit of problem solving. The end product was beautiful and very comfortable. I weigh 180 at 5,4 and I could comfortable cross my legs and relax. The table is very nice with a glass top finish. I would give it a 4.9/5 just because directions weren’t super clear, but overall great product ... show more

Assembly wasn't too bad just time consuming. I would have given them a 5 star but the cushions are not as great as I had hoped, they are a little thin and haven't kept their form super great. I do like that I can remove and wash them though, especially being a light color. The chairs are super comfy and we have enjoyed the patio in the evenings for sure! The tables are fairly small and not the best quality, but they are great for the patio and I like how light they are, makes moving them around much easier. The media could not be loaded. After wanting rocking chairs for so long I spent a long time searching for a set that was affordable, nice looking, and easy to assemble. Since I didn’t want to wait for my husband’s help, I decided to assemble it myself. It took me a solid hour because I screwed some parts backwards 😂… anyways, assemble was pretty easy. Just make sure to account for all parts before starting and tight the bolts evenly. Like, don’t make one tight while the others are lose while assembling. It will be more difficult to align the other screws/holes and the panels won’t fit. The issues I had was that some of the screws were damaged and they didn’t go all the way trough. I went to Home Depot and bought replacements because I wasn’t going to disassemble anything at that point! 😅🏃🏽♀️💨 I called costumer service and they gave me a partial refund for the hassle! The bottom cushions have zippers, but the top ones don’t. The cushions do not have a string to tie them to the chair so they’ll blow away, and they’re not supper thick. I did find some strings of similar color and sewed it. Problem solved. Overall, I’m really pleased with the whole set! It’s sitting in a covered porch, so let’s see how it does when it rains. The media could not be loaded. I love my new patio set, I had been looking for something that fit my price range and needs, I did really want a rocking chair set, and this one is perfect. I know a lot of these reviews talk about the assembly and bolts/holes not lining up. I found that when assembling this set that you should not tighten down the bolts until every hole has one, and then once it’s all loosely together, tighten everything down. Once I did it this way I had zero alignment issues with putting this together. The only thing I’m not super happy with is the seat cushions, one of them is good but the other is weirdly creased I think from how it was packaged. I have had this out for about a week now and it still does not look like the other one, but it’s not that big of a deal for me, since I can make or buy another one for a good price. Overall really happy with this set, I would recommend it for people trying to find something nice that doesn’t completely break the bank. I would also recommend it for smaller spaces and patios, it doesn’t take up that much space on mine. ... show more

You get what you pay for. This furniture looks nice, but was challenging to put together because the holes don’t line up on the chairs. I also wouldn’t want anyone over 200 pounds to sit on them… I’m not sure they’d hold up.
