At first I was very displeased with the patio set. We assembled the structure and everything looked of good quality, but then I opened all the cushions. They come vacuum packed, but after expanding they were all very different in thickness. Some were 1 inch thick, others 4. I contacted the seller to report these issues and they responded quickly saying they would help, but to kindly wait a week or so to see if the cushions expanded more. To my surprise they did! They are now all very uniform and comfortable. The only thing I might do is buy a rubber mat for under the cushions to prevent them from slipping. Otherwise I would say it's perfect! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This was an AWESOME buy. Took forever to put together as you have to use an Allen wrench and a mini wrench, which comes with the product, in some rather tight places so be prepared for raw fingers and some of the holes didn’t align correctly but we were able to get it together fairly easily and it looks great! I did have one zipper come off after I got the cushion zipped thankfully so might be an issue later if I need to wash it but easy fix. The material does appear to be water proof and is very sturdy. Over all great price for what you get. Order came in 4 boxes split between two different days back to back. Wait for the entire order before assembling. Reached out to the seller when the last two didn’t arrive the same day and they responded quickly with exactly the information I needed. Tracking numbers, number of boxes, and when the rest would be delivered and everything was accurate. I’m so happy I now have somewhere to sit and enjoy time with my friends and family and it looks elegant and super classy. Thank you for delivering a great and honest product! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. So we’ll start with the flaws. As u can see in the photos, some of the holes did not line up when assembling the wicker, which we thought we were going crazy based on the directions. But nope, it’s not us it’s u (the furniture). So the ends (arms) are a bit wobbly/unsteady, some of the cushion came either dirty or moldy (but oh well, can’t do anything about that? Also, the cushions were SO hard to put into the covers!!! And be warned there are 2 different sizes so measure first before trying to fit them in! The furniture comes with tools, but we used our own screw driver bc it was faster and longer. Took us about 3-4 hours to put together. It was WORK! Definitely need at least 2 people. …but the backs are very sturdy. We had our family over and it was a HIT! Very comfy and soft! And it looks beautiful! We love the turquoise-y color! I even took a nap on it one day, so relaxing! Just need to add some pillows :) This was the cheapest outdoor set we found, and we looked allllllll over Amazon, Walmart, target, Home Depot, and Lowe’s! We scoured the internet and even came across some at overstock and those other online stores but nothing compared to THIS SET!!!! And we’re also glad it came with a table (glass cover), it’s pretty sturdy too. Anyways definitely recommend this!! If u don’t mind it coming a bit dirty and not perfect, this will definitely make ur outdoor area look WOW! Lol ... show more

Took several hours to build but once completed it feels great and sturdy. Cusions are thick and fluffy and strap on to the chairs. Table is nice but low to the ground. Overall very pleased with this set.

Overall, the set is decent for the price. My father-in-law does not like how low the back of the seats are so if you’re taller than 5’8”, this may not be the set for you. I also don’t like how easy the side cushions slide off. It has a strap for the back of the cushion, but not the bottom. If you have kids, I don’t recommend putting the glass part on the table piece. The suction cups do NOT hold the glass on there very well and ornery, little kids can easily tip it off. However, the cushions seem to be great for pool side! They don’t hold water and dry quickly. It looks super pretty and wasn’t too horrible to assemble. My mother-in-law and I assembled it in like an hour or so. For the price, it’s a nice and decent set. ... show more

I had an issue with the tempered glass for the table shattering during delivery. I requested the glass be replaced and the company sent a replacement with a week or two of my request. It takes some work to put together, but I'm happy with my purchase.

UPDATE 10/26/2020: Esright responded to my pictures and request for a refund by offering me $70 to buy new cushions... and we're talking about 14 new cushions for a set that I've already paid $691 for. This offer is DESPITE what Esright claims is a 1 year warranty on the frame and fabric. Warranty is a scam, this sofa set is a scam, and the notion that this set is machine washable is false advertising. You'll also note that the ad mentions the sofas are grat for outdoors and waterproof, but *NOT* rain proof... so what kind of outdoor water, pray tell, is this safe from- sweat and tears?? What a scam. DO NOT BUY. Original post: I bought a 7-seat set in July and decided to wash the cushions. After a single wash on a delicate setting, the threads unraveled. I cut the loose threads and still tried to put the covers back on the cushions, but the cushions ended up opening at the seams. One zipper fell out, several cushions are loose or ripping, and this set 7-seater set cost me almost $700. Total waste of money if you plan to wash these even once. Do not buy. (I have to admit, before I washed the cushions, I absolutely loved the set. Assembly was easy, the set was well constructed and sat firmly on the ground, it has a neat clean look to it, and most importantly, it was super comfortable.
