Since I based this purchase heavily upon reading the reviews and photos of others, I felt it necessary to share my own review so that others can make an informed decision on whether or not to purchase. Comfort and quality were my biggest issues, as I wanted a quality set, but didn't quite have 3-4K to spend on high end patio furniture. I live in the northeast, so winters are below freezing, and time spent on the patio is limited to less than six months out of the year, therefore I don't need a year round set that can withstand daily abuse. I found this set to be of really good quality, heavier than I expected, and doesn't look or feel cheap at all. I got the full set, with a sofaz, loveseat, two chairs, two ottomans, coffee tables and covers, and I thought the value to be exceptional. Because most patio sets are consider lounge sets and therefore lower to the ground, I worried about this wet being too low, or too low backed. After putting the wet together I was very happy with how comfortable it was. Not too low to the ground, and enough back to each chair to sit comfortably. Keep in mind that I am 5'4" and my husband isn't much taller at 5'8", so if you are over six feet tall, this wet might be tok low for you depending on how you prefer your seating. I've personally found it to be very comfortable, and everyone that has sat in it also agreed. If you like high backed seating, this is not the set for you. If you like to lounge with feet flat on the ground, then this is perfect. The cushions I found to be of good quality as well. As one reviewer commented, the pillows and pads are not waterproof, so if they get wet, they will be soaked until they dry out. We have our set on a patio with roof so that it won't get wet but definitely something to consider if you plan on keeping your furniture outdoors and exposed to rain. I'm sure that someone could easily spend a few hundred dollars upgrading the pillows and padding to higher quality, but the ones that came with this set will suit just fine until they wear out and need replaced. Assembly is no joke, and probably the worst portion of this purchase. All of my boxes arrived in one shipment, not in multiple shipments as other reviewers have mentioned. Even though expected arrival was ten days from the time I ordered, it arrived less than six days after I placed the order. The boxes shipped UPS, and they are known for mishandling of large packages. Three of the four boxes I received were ripped open in several places. One arm of a chair had been badly bent, and I considered asking for a new part to be sent out, but my husband bent it back into place and I didn't feel like reporting the damage and waiting possible weeks for replacement. As other users suggested, I did use power tools to assemble this, but found that most of the screws made it difficult to get the tool into position, so most screws needed tightened with the tiny allen wrench that was included. Complete and total pain in the rear, it took me a total of 6/7 hours to get all pieces assembled (with no help). But, as anyone that has purchased furniture that needs assembled knows, you are paying less because the assembly is so difficult. Difficult, but not impossible, and with help I'm sure it can be accomplished much more quickly. The covers are a nice addition, I plan on using them when I close up the patio for the winter. I do think I'll bring in all the pillows and cushions, and just cover the actual furniture over the winter. Not sure if freezing temps will affect the longevity of this furniture, but I have no garage space to store an entire patio set, so we shall see how it fares covered for the winter. I hope this review helps anyone that's still debating on this purchase. I had six different furniture sets in my Cert before I finally settled on this one and I'm glad I did! As always, every item will have a few negative reviews, and that's to be expected especially if a shipping error or shipping damage occurs. I am completely satisfied with this purchase, and no I didn't receive it for free for an honest review (I wish I did!! But I paid full price).

The Rattaner 7 piece Outdoor Patio Furniture Set is a very nice set for the price. It does need to be assembled and it does not have Sunbrella fabric but it also does not have the much higher price tag as well. The set comes in 4 large boxes with the heaviest one being 88lbs. Assembly does take time and it took most of the day for my spouse and I to put together. I started with the smallest box which were the two ottomans and then ended up at the largest box. That was a mistake since the largest box (3 seat sofa) had the rachet tool included. Note: Start with the largest box first! Like I mentioned, assembly does take time and you want to do it right the first time. There are sides that are specific so you don't want to tightened to where you have to undo and switch sides. Once done, the furniture is very solid and looks great. I did have one issue to where the sewing on one of the cushions was defective. I contacted customer service and they responded promptly. They even asked if I completed the assembly just in case I needed any additional parts or if anything else was defective. I dd not. In a matter of days, I received two seat cushions to where I only needed one. Great customer service! Overall, while the wicker furniture is not pre-assembled, it is a great deal at less than $100 per furniture piece.

This is the 2nd set I ordered I. 2 yrs. Sold the 1st when I moved. It was the 5 piece set. I now have the 7 piece plus the round bar table and love it! Cushions are thicker on this one and love the storage in the table and the fact it came with pillows and all the covers. Once you get the first piece down putting it together it is easy! And the cushions are easy to clean. I was afraid since I ordered a lighter color they would not stay clean. Even the dogs paw prints wipe right off! I would difinetely order another. Only problem is the legs are plastic. But if you dont scratch it across the ground while moving them they hold up great.

So it's a lot of pieces, took me a week to assemble (a little each night after work), I finally finished it today & it's beautiful. The peacock blue is anything but basic, it's a rich ocean blue. The rattan is weaved tight with thick strong pieces. It appears to be a lot more expensive than the price that I paid, I've spent double in the past for half the quality. The cushions are thick and seem to be memory foam, the pillows are soft and plush and the slip covers appear to be marine grade. It's so comfortable, I'm laying on it now while I'm typing this. It comes with custom fit covers with bungee cords to protect it from the elements, they throw in extra hardware and even include a ratchet to make the process easier. I had to contact the seller about a delivery issue and they were extremely accommodating. They not only helped me with my inquiry but they also offered me pro tips on the best ways to assemble it, reassuring me that they were there to talk me through any obstacles. Lol It might've taken me 2 weeks without their pointers. I highly recommend it and the customer service was exceptional.

We just finished a retaining wall/ patio area in our backyard and I was looking for a 7 piece set just like this but not wanting to pay thousands of dollars for it. This was a great deal!!! I did catch that several other companies made these chairs and sofas at a lower height and caught the negative reviews about it. Check the measurements provided by companies and compare! These are a perfect, normal height a sofa, chair should be. The comfort was impressive! I did not expect, for this price, to have cushions so plush! My husband fell asleep on the couch almost immediately! Easy to assemble! I put everything together by myself with no problems. It did take a few days to assemble everything. Directions were easy to follow and made sense. I did not need to use youtube videos to figure it out. They are all very sturdy and not too heavy which makes it easy to move them around. Mine were delivered in 3 different shipments which was confusing at first. Amazon stated my package was delivered, but I only had the storage ottoman and the couch. There was no information on when the rest would be delivered. I was able to, through amazon, reach out to the seller who was AWESOME!! He gave me the fed ex tracking numbers for the rest of the boxes and even noticed, before I did, that the couch was delivered with blue cushions instead of the grey that I ordered. He sent me the grey cushions via UPS in 2 days. He said I can just keep the blue for back up or whatever. Very impressed with the ease of communication and highly recommend this company for that and the high quality of the products and the value! I was also impressed that each one of the pieces came with its own custom fit winter/ rain cover! I was expecting for this price to have to purchase those separately. Highly recommend! My patio is starting to look like a photo from a magazine!

This set was very difficult to put together. My Husband and I are both experienced and found that The instructions and the Hardware we’re difficult understand and use. We do this for a living and it took us five hours for two of us to put the loveseat and the sofa together, we will open the chairs with Ottomans tomorrow and see how long that takes. Price is good. The cushions are very firm yet comfortable to sit on, love that the large ottoman opens to store cushions or covers love the color of the wicker and the gray cushions sit nice and snug.

Got this patio set last week, easy to put together, very comfortable, back cushions could be a little firmer, but otherwise, we love it so far! The original box for the love seat came with the wrong color cushions, but before I could even contact the seller, the correct covers arrived at my house! The furniture also arrived a few days before it said it would, all 4 boxes in one shipment! Hoping with keeping it mostly out of the sun with our covered gazebo we will get a few years of use out of it! So much furniture for the price!

Firstly, I was so hesitant to buy this set. I read all the reviews, however, I was not sure how good/bad it would look once it is set up. It was shipped earlier than the scheduled date and it was shipped in 4-5 different sized boxes. I will be honest, I started having 2nd thoughts as soon as I saw the boxes. What i could not picture ahead is how could all the items needed for this unit fit into such small boxes. My first reaction was that I made a mistake and I immediately looked up how to return the item. However, this being my first time with any wicker furniture, I thought I would give it a try and if I don't like it I will sell it online later. The wicker and material are not the highest of standards but you would be surprised that it does it's job really well. I did assemble all the units myself but probably one piece a day and it took me a good 4-5 days with 60-90 minutes of time spent every day to assemble a unit. Once the entire set was assembled, I started feeling positive about this purchase since I could physically see everything together as seen in the pictures. The seat cushions were all compressed when it arrived in the box, it was fairly easy to remove their packaging and put their covers on. Once I placed the cushions on the assembled unit, i was like, wow, this really turned out to be better looking than I expected. For the first few days i had a feeling that the chairs were really small and not quite what i wanted or expected but the more I used them on a day to day basis the more I loved them. The seats are perfect for regular to moderately obese people and they are light even to move around, clean your patio or pressure wash as needed on the floor. I am not sure what the cushion covers are made of but boy they do repel water, after a good rainy day, was able to wipe the water off of those covers with my hands and sit on them since the water never went into the cushions. While my 2 sunbrella fabric chaise covers that i bought at costco got drenched and all wet in every possible rainy day, these rattaner seat cushions never got wet at all. I do love the furniture covers they provided with the units and how you could pull their strings together to tighten the furniture cover so they dont get blown away in texas winds and rain. Overall, i am super satisfied with this purchase. I did see many other beautiful outdoor wicker units for the same sized seating but they would run into some 3k-5K$. For a price point of $1k and a good 5-6 hours of effort, this outdoor furniture is a must buy for budget friendly folks like me.
