It took a long time to put together but overall it was a great value for the price, especially with the fire place. The cushions are Very comfortable and overall structure is sturdy, we only just got it so can’t speak on longevity but definitely recommend to others! Also a plus is that it comes with the covers for each furniture piece which was really nice and one less thing to buy. It did arrive in a few different deliveries so we were confused if we were missing boxes at first, however the company reassured us with excellent customer service and provided the additional tracking numbers.

Overall, this is a solid piece of outdoor furniture. The quality is good — it feels sturdy and well constructed. The seating is very comfortable, and there’s plenty of room to stretch out or have a few people sit comfortably. The seating is very comfortable and there’s plenty of room to relax, whether you’re lounging by yourself or entertaining guests. The rattan is black, which was not immediately clear to my eyes from the pictures, but it actually looks very sleek and modern in person. Overall, it’s a stylish and spacious piece that adds a great touch to any outdoor area. Also, their customer service was prompt and responsive, which is always appreciated. A good option if you’re looking for something durable and reasonably stylish.

After assembly, and just sitting here, I'm happy with my purchase. There are decisions we all make between the balance of price and quality, and I'm content with the one I made given the price I paid. Some thoughts after it is all done: 1) Assembly does take a while, so give yourself plenty of time to put it together. If you think you're going to whip a 7-piece set together in a couple of hours before your party starts, reset your expectations. 2) Open and assemble the 3-seat sofa FIRST. Inside the parts box is a small ratchet tool that is a MUST for your sanity and speed of assembly. The other boxes only come with an allen wrench as a means of assembly, and I feel badly for those who thought that was the only tool available and put together 80% of the set with sore fingers only to find the solution to their problems was with them all along. Assembly of the rest of the set is redundant, and you'll get faster with each piece. The 3-seat sofa took me about 3 1/2 hours to assemble, which included a lot of time just looking at things and figuring it out. The 2-seat sofa took about 1 1/2 hour. Chairs were about 45 minutes and the ottomans and table/chest took about 30 minutes each. 3) You are given extra nuts bolts and washers. I only had one defective bolt in the entire set. Even if you are short one bolt you can substitute just about all of the bolts except the 35mm length. 4) Ignore comments about holes not lining up. It is easy to get this wrong if you do not pay attention to the instructions. Contrary to what others have written, the directions are actually pretty good and the pieces are clearly labeled. If you can't figure things out, step back a second and think it through before you drill holes. 5) The seat cushions themselves are adequate and about as advertised. When shopping around I wouldn't suggest settling for anything less than a 4" thick cushion. 6) The measurements given in the description are accurate. 7) Quality of the cushions and fabric were about what I thought. Be careful when stuffing the foam into the seat covers. Don't be too rough, as I can see accidental tears happen with the zipper and seams. 8) I think my only concern thus far is the pv wicker material, and whether it will hold up to the intense sun here in the desert southwest. The sun here is brutal on just about everything. My expectations when purchasing this was about 2-3 years, which I think is fair, as my set is under a patio. Upon examining the wicker material however, I think I will be lucky if I get 3 seasons before it gets brittle and will fade and break with the slightest bump. I would NOT recommend this (or any pv wicker set for that matter) if you think it will sit out in the full sun 24/7/365; you may only get 1-2 seasons out of it. I'll gladly follow up on this review in a couple of years to tell you how it goes... I did purchase a couple of cans of scotchguard with UV protection, and hope that helps extend the life a little bit. Its worth a try.

This is a quality set!! Comfortable, color, size, durability and look. Got lots of compliments. It is time consuming to put together and I waterproofed all the seating covers with waterproofing spray. Highly recommend waterproofing! Took like an hour. Water beads up.

So many reviews said that this set was "heavy duty" and that I "wont be disappointed" and those reviews lead me to ultimately make the purchase. After all, it looks awesome. But I can definitely tell you that you do, in fact, get what you pay for. The furniture is insanely light and blows all over the place in the wind. The cushions are not waterproof but no big deal right? The description states that the furniture covers are waterproof... so just throw those on when its going to rain, no big deal ... Well, those covers are not, in fact, waterproof either. I contacted the seller after the first rain we had and everything was SATURATED (legit had to take the covers of the cushions off and wring the cushion insert out and let them dry for 2 days in the sun). They replied to me and stated that the FABRIC of the furniture covers is waterproof but the seems are not and water will leak through. AWESOME. Thanks. ... I went ahead and spent $70 on a large heavy duty, waterproof cover for the set. FYI, if you want a waterproof cover you'll have to also. I gave three stars because the set does resemble the pictures and looks pretty. Cushions aren't the best, but not the worst. Assembly was insanely annoying, but thats purchasing anything from amazon. I really was just so bummed and annoyed about the covers not being waterproof because it says that they are in the description and in the pictures ( and the company admitting it). It's false advertising.
