The bench folds up compact and hides away nicely. The bands that came with it are not useful for me but someone who find them useful. I like how it adjusts to all the different positions. I wish the feet holder was wider as I am 6’1” 250 so the bench is skinny for my size but that allows me to get better ROM in my bench press. I was a little hesitant to buy this workout bench, because some of the photos showed the bench laying almost flat or with the pads smashing together. However, I found out that those pictures show the bench incorrectly assembled. For everything to work correctly, there are simply 4 bolts and two removable pins that need to be installed - very simple. If you leave the removable pins out, then the bench collapses (like shown in some review pics). However, that is how it is supposed to work, because that is how you collapse the bench for compact storage. FYI - when folded and laying on the ground, the dimensions are 33 inches (long) x 18 inches (wide) x 9 1/2 inches (tall), which makes it easy to store in a closet. I've been working out for 35 years and I've owned a half dozen benches over the years. This is one of the highest in quality that I have seen, and one of the best values. ... show more

I loved the price of this product and that it can be folder in half and stored away. We received this product used and with a huge tear/cut on the seat of the cushion. Kind of surprised, but we're hoping a little duck tape will make it last. It has been a reliable seat for our at home gym, especially for the fold-up options and adjustable heights. ... show more
