    • It's a good lil fish house
It's a cute little compact tank. Lil small for a betta I learned, but he's thriving for now! My only complaint is the light is malfunctioning. Sometimes it will stay on and sometimes it won't. Batteries are brand new out of the package. I have not tried the plug yet, just discovered it yesterday...hahaha ... show more

Nice shape. I was expecting a cheap looking tank, and only purchased this because my daughter liked it. When it is set up it looks much nicer than the picture. It is larger than those tiny little tanks most stores have for betta fish, and yet is still good for the small space it needed to fit into. Perfect for our single betta fish. The lights work nicely and have many different settings, which change the colors. We don't keep the light on all the time though. Our fish seems happy. ... show more

My little koi betta was in need of a new tank. I was excited to find this one. It was a little cheaper than the tanks at pet stores near my house, and I thought it'd be worth a shot. Totally disappointed. I have 2 male bettas currently, both housed in similar sized aquariums. I figured this would be comparable. Needless to say, it is not. PROs: + Quick Delivery + Nice shape/size + Cute all-clear aesthetic + Easy packaging + Versatile light power source options (good for a computer desk or area where it isn't near a power outlet) CONs: - Very flimsy (I tried to move it after I set it down and I had to take water out to make sure it didn't snap -- my other betta tanks you can lift and carry around completely full of water) - Does not include a light power source (No batteries or power cord) - Light is not bright at all. (It's "on" in the pictures and barely produces light.) - Light will not turn off now that it is on. - The lid doesn't fit correctly. It's both too tight and doesn't fit. ... show more

    • Nice tank, but light doesn’t work
This tank is nice, but the light doesn’t work. I put two AA batteries and it just flickers. Other than that, the tank itself is nice. A little cheap feeling compared to other ones, but it’s decent for a 1.5 gallon tank.

Perfect size for one beta fish with his filter, heater and acouple of plants. Has a cut out in the lid for a cord to run through and has a built in multi color selection led light in the top has a port to be plugged in directly to the wall or takes battery’s very nice tank for a small fish

    • PLEASE DONT BUY FOR REGULAR FISH! good for egg hatching
The light doesn't work that well, so I just replaced it with a lamp connected to an outlet timer. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONT BUY THIS FOR A FISH! Bettas and other fish need at least 5 gallons to to thrive. I'm using this to hatch Cory catfish eggs so the parents don't eat them. I put a heater and 2 air stones for proper flow, as well as a rock that has plants on it for excess nutrient absorption. ... show more

    • Great looking tank but the LED needs some work.
The tank looks great but after having this set up for 3 days, the light is not working correctly with the power supply. It barely comes on and only in purple. With batteries now, it only stays on for around 5 minutes and not all colors cycle through. Wonder if Amazon will send a replacement light. Can't exactly send the whole thing back because I would have to buy another tank to put the fish in...lol! ... show more
