Has been installed for a couple of months, seems to be working well. Only problem was with installation. Instructions do not mention that the heater needs a certain amount of water pressure for the heater to begin heating the water. We had water pressure issues in the RV. Once the source of the water pressure issue was repaired, the heater worked as it should. Needs at least 1.5 GPM for it to function correctly.

Will not work, removed the old water heater and installed this one. Have spent several days and had an electrician install it. Customer service is only via messenger and on China time, so in the middle of the night.

Using it for a couple of days. Heating is consistent and quick - no more waiting around for the water to heat up. We've been on the road non-stop, and it's held up like a champ. Whether we're doing dishes, taking showers, or running the washing machine, the water stays piping hot. It's crazy how it keeps up, even when we're using multiple appliances at once. The compact size is clutch for our rig - saves a ton of space compared to those bulky tank heaters. And don't get me started on the energy savings. Can't wait to see how it impacts our propane usage in the long run. Sure, figuring out the installation was a bit of a head-scratcher at first, but nothing we couldn't handle with the manual. After 4 months living in our RV the copper tubing sprung a nasty leak. No freezing involved company is only giving us the options of welding the hole. No replacement offered. And there isn't a phone number to be found. They were very polite tho.
