This is a very interesting and unique product that can elevate a normal shower. The first issue right out of the box was the lack of a hose. My existing shower hose was too short to reach my feet, and the hose end had a collar that made extending the wand impossible. I had to purchase a longer hose without a shroud on the end. For the price of this product, you'd think they would include on that is sure to work with the shower head wand. This delayed usage by a week while I shopped around for just the right hose. Once installed, the shower head extends really far beyond the holder so that the weight of the head with the cleansing device installed causes it to rotate down. This adds a bit more inconvenience having to removal/install the cleansing device. The cleanser is powerful and the various attachments are nice and expand its functionality. The charge lasts plenty long enough for a couple of showers, depending on its usage. And recharging is easy. However, the water spray is weak in comparison, but that's probably more on the plumbing than the shower head. I wish there was a storage basket or case that can store all the various cleaning heads/attachments in the shower, either as a caddy hung on the wall or hung from the shower bib. Another minor inconvenience having to store them somewhere and then pick and choose and carry into the shower. It's annoying to forget one or decide I want to use something I didn't think of at first. So, a few annoying details such as not including a longer, compatible hose, an organizer/storage bin for the various cleansing attachments, and a more balanced design so the cleansing device can remain in the shower head prevent this from being a great and innovative device. Mayve version 2 will include these improvements. Maybe offer a huge discount or trade-in for those of us early adopters? ... show more

𝘁𝗹;𝗱𝗿: Sleek design, odd integration. ┈╍┄┈┄╍─╍┄┈┄╍─╍┄┈┄╍─╍┄┈┄╍─╍┄┈┄╍┈ 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: 🚿 Like most Kohler fixtures, it definitely has sleek design and premium finish. 🔧 Installation was simple; just grab a hose of your choice and attach. 💧 The water flow is fine. If I’m not mistaken, it looks like it’s implying one of the stream modes is sort of ‘aerated’, but I can’t quite tell much of a difference between the two. If you don’t have high water pressure to your shower fixture, you may want to avoid this one though. Here’s the thing though. There’s nothing inherently wrong with this shower head, right. I like the face exfoliation attachment with the device at its highest power, but it doesn’t actually feel like these two things go together. It feels like Kohler designed a ‘holder’ for this device, and they don’t actually work in a synergistic way. It’s not easy to hold the and use the shower head with the device attached. The device itself also has peculiar quirks, like it only runs for an allotted time before turning itself off, by design. It also periodically pauses at time intervals, I guess to give you ‘time indications’. Both of these are a bit annoying, to be fair. I’d guess that the device overheats if it runs too long, so the former is Kohler’s solution, but the latter is just a pain. I wished I would have watched the videos for this product before selecting it. I would have taken a hard pass. I expected a lot because it's Kohler. The water pressure coming out of this is lame compared to the $29.99 shower head I currently use. While I like the idea of having a pumice stone, face cleaner, and a massager on my shower head, this feature seems like it's lackingin power. The center piece is rechargeable and held in place by a magnet. It's not difficult to change out the different attatchemts. The spin is slow and feels like my hands would do a better and more effective job. I can't believe this costs $329! I'd be out of my mind if I dared recommend this to anyone. However, I'm giving three stars because it's made well and works as it should. It's just weak when it comes to the stream and the cleaning attachmens aren't a breakthrough. It's gimmicky. You can purchase a face cleaner that's waterproof and works just as well as the center piece on this shower head. They're affordable, rechargeable, and no need to switch out a shower head. This one is easy to install, but still, a little weighty, and it does look nice. However, I'd have passed it up had I saw the video or saw this in a store. ... show more
