The only major issue I had was the bracket they send to mount the unit on is extremely thin. Mine wanted to pull away from the wall. So I drilled some extra holes in it and secured it a bit more. Otherwise the unit is really nice. Installing the led lights is kind of a pain but they look good. I ended up building it all then popping the top back off after test fitting where exactly I wanted to route and mount the lights. I still have some tracks to buy in order to finish cleaning up wires but it's all coming together and looks good imo. ... show more

The item arrived MUCH earlier than expected, came 3 days early. The directions were extremely basic. The LED looks pretty cheap, like the ones you can simply buy from Walmart. In order to operate the LED, you have to make sure the remote is pointing DIRECTLY at the sensor or it will not work at all. I imagine the price breakdown of this item as: $400 for the fireplace, $50 shipping/handling, and $50 for the actual TV stand. The tv stand is kind of sturdy. The TV stand is cheap wood, painted over. Every last screw I drilled in left SEVERAL wood shavings all over the floor. I only recommend the fireplace, not the actual TV stand. Overall, the fireplace is a nice asset, but definitely not worth $500. ... show more

Im 66 year old woman and put this together by myself, I also build the platform with metal legs. It was packaged amazingly. The instructions were easy to follow. .the only negatives was the holes in back where the cords go through, is NOT big enough. .and there was a garf on the top edge, it won't be seen. .but not good for a new product. .see pictures. . ... show more

The cabinet all put together looks nice, however the play wooden finish is terrible. It peels as you put the cabinet together. Definitely not worth the price for the cabinet itself.

I use my fireplace as a tv stand in my apt. Love the ambience it creates! It’s great! Took about 1.5 hrs to put it together alone. The door assembly instructions were a little hard to understand at first but I figured it out pretty quickly. Tons of compliments. I’m very proud of my purchase!!

This product comes in two packages. One of the packages was lost by the Shipping Company. Once we contacted the Seller, the Seller immediately shipped out a replacement. Product was easy to set up, nice quality, and looks great. I would purchase again !!
