  • Great product! Very recommended!
Size: 6.3 Quart
This is so far the best pressure cooker I’ve ever bought. The quality is very sturdy and stable. Very easy to use since closing the lid and opening only requires one press of a button. I no longer have to keep matching the lid to the pot and twisting it to close. It is very easy to clean as well. Cooked some meat with it and the food was ready in five minutes when it reached the pressure. Best pressure cooker I’ve bought so far for the money. ... show more

  • Good pressure cooker with excellent features.
Size: 8.5 Quart
This pressure cooker has gone above and beyond with some really good features that you don't find on every item if it's type. The first thing is that it comes with a glass lid, with a metal handle so that you can use it as a regular saucepan if you wish. The metal is thick and durable, I think it would do fine even over the coals of a grated campfire in this configuration, as long as you take a few precautions to make sure that there's no open flame which could melt the plastic handles. The second feature I like is the pressure cooker lid. It has a dial that lets you control how much pressure builds up before it is released, measured in kilopascals from zero to 100. Another nice feature is that is not a twist on hood like most pressure cookers I have used in the past. You simply put the lid on the cooker and push the close button, so no needing to fumble with trying to get the pins into the slots and turning the lid to lock it. When you are done and the steam is released, you can push the open button to remove the clamps that keep the lid on, and a second rubber sealing ring to enable years of use before a replacement is needed. The pressure cooker also comes with an internal collader style basket, and a thorough set of instructions that even include a list of different foods and the recommended cooking times and cooking levels. This is necessary because food under pressure cooks much more quickly than it does in an unpressurized environment. I am very happy with this item, and would recommend it to others in the market for a similar product. As I have only had it for a little while now, I cannot speak to its long-term durability, but it seems to be the kind of product that would be in the family for years. ... show more

  • Well made dual purpose pressure cooker pot
Size: 8.5 Quart
I was not expecting this Koch System pressure cooker to be so well made. The stainless steel pot has measurements on the inside wall. It came with 2 silicone gaskets for the inside of the pressure cooker lid. It also comes with a glass regular lid so you can use the pot without the pressure cooker. It also comes with a wire rack to raise the basket off the bottom of the pot. I cooked chicken breasts with barbecue sauce for 15 minutes under pressure at the 100 KPA setting. Once the pressure release valve closed, I reduced the heat to medium. After the timer went off I took the pot off the heat and let it cool down until the pressure valve dropped back down, then pressed the open button on the lid to release the locking mechanism and removed the lid. I really like the button locking mechanism and the fact you don't have to line up the lid and twist like other pressure cooker lids. The chicken was cooked perfectly and I was able to make shredded chicken. The only reason I am giving this 4 stars is because the instruction manual is not well written. I needed to watch the video in the listing in order to understand how to use it properly. There needs to be revisions due to miss spellings and there appears to be a translation issue to English going on. This cooker is priced accordingly for the quality and is in line with other cookers in this category. I like that it is compatible with most stoves including induction. It has a 8 liter or 8.5 quart capacity. Everything but the pressure cooker lid is dishwasher safe and cleaned up nicely. ... show more

  • An Excellent Pressure Cooker for Modern Kitchens!
Size: 8.5 Quart
Okay, seriously, if you're on the fence about a manual pressure cooker, this one is a total game-changer. I just got this 8.5-quart (8L), and it's already become my absolute go-to for canning. It's perfectly sized for my family, fitting everything I need without multiple batches. Right out of the box, you can feel how solid this thing is. The stainless steel isn't just pretty; it feels like it's built to last, which is a huge relief. I have a gas top but for those with induction cooktops, in might work a bit more flawlessly, but honestly, it's happy on any burner. What really blew me away are the little details that make cooking so much easier. Those three PSI settings? They're brilliant! I can go from perfectly tender veggies to fall-off-the-bone roasts, all with just a quick adjustment that it seems like other manual designs may not offer. It really gives you so much control. And the "One Press Locking"? Oh my goodness, this is a lifesaver. No more wrestling with lids or worrying if it's sealed right. You just press, and it's locked and ready to go. It's such a simple thing, but it makes a world of difference for peace of mind. This is probably my favorite feature going from the other style. They even thought to include a glass lid, which is super handy because it means I can use it as a regular pot when I'm not pressure cooking. Plus, the steamer rack is a nice bonus for healthier meals. I use that for shrimp boils mostly. Cleaning up is a breeze. Honestly, if you're looking to save time in the kitchen and get amazing results, you really can't go wrong with this Pressure Cooker. It's been such a fantastic addition, and I can't recommend it enough, whether you're a pressure cooking pro or just starting out! ... show more
