Overall the taps and dies seem work well, so functionality is no problem at all. When i first opened the box i was surprised to see they came in a nice tin metal case, but inside they are in cheap flimsy plastic organizers that have to stack on top of each other. Not a deal breaker, but being inside of a carry case they easily fall out of their slots and get mixed up. So not something you can actually carry around without having to reorganize each time. But they do work as intended just have to put them in a permanent drawer since the case serves little use.

Good tap and die set for the hobby or home shop. Seems to be a good selection of sizes and threads. As others have said, while the metal case is sturdy, the plastic trays are pretty flimsy and have to be handled with care. There are thumb/finger indentations that allow for lifting out the top tray to get to the bottom tray. But I doubt the trays will last long. Eventually I’ll have to figure out something more permanent.

Extremely soft material, not good for more than a few rethreads if you're lucky before they're spent. The provided handle for taps can't actually hold the tap well as it's poorly machined.
